    1. You should go for it – try using blogger to start out on, it’s free so if things go wrong you’ve not lost anything and it’s really simple to use.

  3. Horse riding is a definite no from me as horses hate me! My mum has just retired & would like to start a blog next year with my input so that maybe happening & I have also thought about possibly volunteering at a dog’s shelter when I feel like I can do so without crying every 5 minutes.

  5. I constantly have to push myself out of my comfort zone, I have really bad anxiety and it is so hard as I feel judged all the time and avoid social situations. I know I will always hate these situations but I have to force myself to do it. I craft a lot and have my own page on Facebook where I sometimes share what I have made – this is massive for me as I am so self critical! I’ve not shared on there for a while but I will get back to it.

Craft groups are a great way to push yourself as it means getting out there and doing something new.

I also did some volunteering at my daughters school, I am a trained TA so they really appreciated my help and it gave me some satisfaction too, i’ve not been in a while because my mental health has deteriorated but hopefully I i will get back to it.

In the future I would love to set up a blog, that would certainly push boundaries but it is a bit of a dream.

  31. When I was 18, I went skydiving. It was fun, but not something that I needed to do again. As a blogger, I’ve gone out of my comfort zone a couple of times. The first big one was when I went on a trip to an animal sanctuary as an ambassador and then later when I attended a blogging conference. Both times I was nervous to go, but I am happy that I did it.
