  1. My 12 year old has started trying crochet this week when she’s been off school. Going to get her to teach me when she’s got the hang of it.

  2. I’ve got myself some new jigsaws ready for those inevitable dreary days. I just need to get myself nice big puzzle board to do them on!

  3. I love crochet. I am by no means an expert, but something to do with my hands while the TV is on which stops me scrolling on my phone. Colour changing wool is a game changer too for cosy blankets.

    1. I always need something to do with my hands I have to fidget with something I can’t just sit doing nothing even if I’m really enjoying the TV show.

    1. I do as well – someone tried to teach me to knit many years ago and I just couldn’t get the hang of it.

  4. I love all crafting but at the moment I take up my hours by crocheting I am currently working on a throw for my sofa

  5. I have started doing jigsaws to keep my mind and relaxation plus I really want to learn more photography taking photos of birds and landscapes x

  6. Although I have knitted a few items, crochet is a favourite hobby along with baking. I have tried writing and was lucky enough to win a magazine competition where my story was printed and I won £500. I’m sorry to say that this would have been a one-off piece of luck!

  7. I love making birthday cards with old cards and adding bits. Me and my daughter love to do this and we love to make clay bead bracelets.

  8. I would love to learn crochet but need someone to help me as I could not follow you tube any further than a chain!

  9. I’m not a fan of rainy days but I can always find something to keep me occupied. Yesterday I did some baking for the family and I’ve always got jigsaw puzzle on the go. Not forgetting that reading a good book keeps me occupied

    1. There’s always something to find isn’t there? I’ve started doing diamond art as well which is a bit different.
