  1. This year, we lost my Mum in law, my mum was diagnosed with a heart murmur, my dad has a brain tumour, and my husband was diagnosed with MS, add to that our youngest has Down Syndrome, and I have five other children that need my time, and to say I’m overwhelmed, well, I think I hit that and went past it, doubled back and hit it again, and the one thing that has saved me is my dog walking time! I grab the dog, a thermos of tea, and we walk for an hour!
I come back and I feel ready to keep moving lol. Definitely the step outside one is a game changer.

    1. Oh my goodness I am so so sorry. Pets are absolute life savers aren’t they? I really miss having a ball of fur around to keep me going – I do feel like life in some ways is so much harder without one.

    1. Definitely I think it is all to simple to just get caught up in the got to keep going when you really should just stop for a while.
