Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow: Review and Giveaway
It’s not much of a secret I spend a lot of time in bed and one thing I notice when I stressed and sleeping badly, is I suffer more pain, especially in my neck.
As such I know a good pillow is something everyone needs in their life.
This is something Sealy are very aware of and they have come up with a range of pillows to make sure, no matter what your night-time issues are they have something to support you.
Sealy.

Sealy is a company who are all about night time. In fact, they have been in the industry for over 100 years. They are based in the heart of Cumbria and use the most advanced technology to offer you the best nights sleep.
They offer a range of mattress in a whole range of different types. From pocket sprung to memory form, Posturepedic and more.
To complement their mattresses, they have also have a range of beds and headboard which offer a focal point for the room.
Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow.

I was kindly sent one of their cushions to try out.
I personally decided to go for Pocket Spring Back. This pillow, in particular, includes 28 pocket springs, to help offer a flexible support system.
Worried about having pocket springs in your pillow and it being uncomfortable? Well, please don’t. They have been specifically surrounded by soft hollow fibre; which helps offer a supportive, comfortable design.
What’s more, the design of the pillow has been designed to try and help keep you cool as you sleep.
As you might have got from the name, this cushion is designed to spring back into shape when you get up in the morning. Offering ongoing support, as the night’s pass.
If that wasn’t enough then this pillow is also hypoallergenic and made to be comfortable and soft due to the covering of DuPont™ Cotrano® fibres.
What Do I Think?

I will be honest as always. It takes a little getting used to after all this isn’t your average pillow. So please don’t try it once and give up.
Once you get used to it you will be glad you gave it just one more try.
Personally, after that starting period, I’ve found it to be much more comfortable to sleep on, with it holding my neck a lot more supportively than a normal pillow.
Personally I am really impressed with the Sealy Pocket Spring Back Cushion and while I realise this pillow won’t work for everyone, please do look into the features for all of the pillows in their range as you are bound to find one which works perfectly.

A comfy pillow and a good book
Temperature is a big thing for me, letting some fresh air in the room before bed works a treat for me.
get a good relaxing routine and make sure you try your best to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time
no tea after 2 and blackout curtains are a must
An active day always ensures I have a good night’s sleep.
Looks good for a person that cant sleep after a night shift.
Fresh air circulating in the room & a lavender healing balm on my face.
Try to go to bed the same time each night. I listen to audio books which stop my mind racing and I fall asleep quicker.
No screens in the bedroom and nice fresh clean sheets on the bed
You need to close your mind, it’s hard to sleep through worries and stress, my top tip is to enjoy a calming drink such as cammomile before bed.
At the minute – don’t watch or read the news before bedtime. Your mind will not switch off!
Darkness! and avoiding distractions. I use my phone as my alarm, so I won’t leave it in another room, but I will switch off the wifi and data, so I won’t get any notifications. (but in emergencies I can still be called.)
A lovely bath before bed and then a lavender pillow spray all over the bed!
I like to read, and sometimes a little meditation. Unlike others, I love a cup of tea before I sleep, it doesn’t keep me awake.
don’t watch the news or spend too much time on social media before bedtime.
I read before bed time & use a pillow spray.
I always have a goodnight herbal tea before bed and read a few pages, that usually does the trick
Make the bedroom as dark as possible – blackout curtains, shield any screens on radios etc. Total darkness really does make a great difference to sleep quality and quantity.
a warm milky drink and a nice hot bath always makes me sleepy
A totally dark room.
Once ready for bed don’t be tempted to view info on your phone or any electronics screens, read a couple of chapters from a book instead
I always have a cool, almost cold bedroom. Makes me feel I want to snuggle down and sleep under that duvet even more. Also try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day!
I wish I had some tips, whatever I try doesn’t work
My best tip is to keep to a regular bed time and wake time.
try and have an early night once a week and have a lovely soak in the bath before it
