Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow: Review and Giveaway
It’s not much of a secret I spend a lot of time in bed and one thing I notice when I stressed and sleeping badly, is I suffer more pain, especially in my neck.
As such I know a good pillow is something everyone needs in their life.
This is something Sealy are very aware of and they have come up with a range of pillows to make sure, no matter what your night-time issues are they have something to support you.
Sealy.

Sealy is a company who are all about night time. In fact, they have been in the industry for over 100 years. They are based in the heart of Cumbria and use the most advanced technology to offer you the best nights sleep.
They offer a range of mattress in a whole range of different types. From pocket sprung to memory form, Posturepedic and more.
To complement their mattresses, they have also have a range of beds and headboard which offer a focal point for the room.
Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow.

I was kindly sent one of their cushions to try out.
I personally decided to go for Pocket Spring Back. This pillow, in particular, includes 28 pocket springs, to help offer a flexible support system.
Worried about having pocket springs in your pillow and it being uncomfortable? Well, please don’t. They have been specifically surrounded by soft hollow fibre; which helps offer a supportive, comfortable design.
What’s more, the design of the pillow has been designed to try and help keep you cool as you sleep.
As you might have got from the name, this cushion is designed to spring back into shape when you get up in the morning. Offering ongoing support, as the night’s pass.
If that wasn’t enough then this pillow is also hypoallergenic and made to be comfortable and soft due to the covering of DuPont™ Cotrano® fibres.
What Do I Think?

I will be honest as always. It takes a little getting used to after all this isn’t your average pillow. So please don’t try it once and give up.
Once you get used to it you will be glad you gave it just one more try.
Personally, after that starting period, I’ve found it to be much more comfortable to sleep on, with it holding my neck a lot more supportively than a normal pillow.
Personally I am really impressed with the Sealy Pocket Spring Back Cushion and while I realise this pillow won’t work for everyone, please do look into the features for all of the pillows in their range as you are bound to find one which works perfectly.

Keep the bedroom cool, keep a window open to give cool air flow plus good quality mattress and pillow.
For me, it’s going to bed at the same time every night. A good routine is key for my good nights sleep x
one before going to bed I try to wind down and keep off any technology
Turn off technology in the bedroom such as mobile phone, tv etc.
turn off the TV, turn off your phone and read a good book
love that this pillow helps to keep you cool
I play relaxing delta wave music. I have no idea how it works , but it does seem to help me nod of.
no electronics in the bedroom and black out curtains
Do not go on your phone before going to sleep and avoid having a TV in your room. That way your body associates your bedroom for sleeping
Proper ventilation! You should be warm under the duvet but the air temperature should be cool in order to get a proper night’s sleep
I don’t have any difficulty in sleeping but I have a very active job which wears me out, both physically and mentally. On days when I’m not so active, I do notice that it can take longer to drop off
I think having a cool bedroom really helps to get a good nights sleep. I do like the window open all year around. x
I do this too, most nights, except for in freezing weather as it affects my asthma. Fresh air definitely aids sleep, I think.
Deep breathing just before bed to ease the mind and relax the body into sleep
I’ve been practicing meditation before bed and I’ve found that really helps quiet my brain and allows me to get to sleep. I would certainly recommend it. There are so many apps and YouTube videos etc to help now.
A bath and a good book helps
Always go to bed and wake up at the same time every day!
No chocolate / coffee or diet coke before bed!
Have a read of a book or Kindle, something to relax you, and try not to use devices before bed
Hello, my tips for a good sleep is to have black out blinds in your bedroom to make it as dark as possible for sleep.
I also live with chronic pain and I agree that sometimes the very thing you most want to do – lie down – can also be the most uncomfortable, even painful. My tip would be rest either a hot water bottle or a cool pack, whichever suits, on or under the bit that hurts the most. Try to relax and allow yourself to be distracted from your pain or discomfort – by a book some music on the radio for example. A great prize, fingers crossed, thank you.
Keep your bedroom cool by cracking a window and don’t use your phone in bed.
A firm memory foam topped mattress, window open a little, and lavender on your pillow
A nice hot bath and fresh sheets will help every time
Listening to the plays on radio 4 extra sends me off to sleep.
Not phones in the bedroom and stay out of the bedroom unless its for relaxing or sleeping
Getting outside in the fresh air at least once a day, always helps me to have a good night sleep. I literally lay my head on my pillow and i’m straight asleep!
