Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow: Review and Giveaway
It’s not much of a secret I spend a lot of time in bed and one thing I notice when I stressed and sleeping badly, is I suffer more pain, especially in my neck.
As such I know a good pillow is something everyone needs in their life.
This is something Sealy are very aware of and they have come up with a range of pillows to make sure, no matter what your night-time issues are they have something to support you.
Sealy.

Sealy is a company who are all about night time. In fact, they have been in the industry for over 100 years. They are based in the heart of Cumbria and use the most advanced technology to offer you the best nights sleep.
They offer a range of mattress in a whole range of different types. From pocket sprung to memory form, Posturepedic and more.
To complement their mattresses, they have also have a range of beds and headboard which offer a focal point for the room.
Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow.

I was kindly sent one of their cushions to try out.
I personally decided to go for Pocket Spring Back. This pillow, in particular, includes 28 pocket springs, to help offer a flexible support system.
Worried about having pocket springs in your pillow and it being uncomfortable? Well, please don’t. They have been specifically surrounded by soft hollow fibre; which helps offer a supportive, comfortable design.
What’s more, the design of the pillow has been designed to try and help keep you cool as you sleep.
As you might have got from the name, this cushion is designed to spring back into shape when you get up in the morning. Offering ongoing support, as the night’s pass.
If that wasn’t enough then this pillow is also hypoallergenic and made to be comfortable and soft due to the covering of DuPont™ Cotrano® fibres.
What Do I Think?

I will be honest as always. It takes a little getting used to after all this isn’t your average pillow. So please don’t try it once and give up.
Once you get used to it you will be glad you gave it just one more try.
Personally, after that starting period, I’ve found it to be much more comfortable to sleep on, with it holding my neck a lot more supportively than a normal pillow.
Personally I am really impressed with the Sealy Pocket Spring Back Cushion and while I realise this pillow won’t work for everyone, please do look into the features for all of the pillows in their range as you are bound to find one which works perfectly.

Turn off the tv and phone
No phone at least an hour before bed.
I keep to a routine as much as possible so my body knows when it needs to sleep so I always try to be in bed for ten and then I read for half an hour
A warm bath, some lavender oil in my diffuser, and reading my book.
A dark room that’s not too hot and not too cold and no TV in the bedroom.
As someone who doesn’t tend to go to bed till after midnight – go to bed earlier!
i have a bath and a read before bed wit a cup of lavender tea i find it really helps me to relax !
I love to spray a touch of lavender on my pillow. smells so fresh and natural
A warm bath, a milky drink and a book.
To get to sleep I listen to an audiobook on timer.
Window open for fresh air and a glass of water by the bed
I read a book before bed, always sends me off.
I’ve recently been using a long pillow in between my neck and shoulder. It’s really helped with my jaw and neck pain!
Healthy diet with fresh air – even if just an open window atm
At the moment my top tip is to avoid watching or reading the news or anything to do with Covid-19, its so depressing that I find it stops me getting to sleep
Having a good routine, a clear conscience and a comfy bed.
Turn off all electric screens half an hour before you plan on going to sleep!
I find that reading for 30 mins and a cup of camomile tea in bed help me drift off x
Keep the bedroom a degree or two cooler than you think you want it to be. We accidentally left all the windows wide open last night and despite it being a chilly night we both had our best sleep for weeks.
I never watch tv or go on computers an hour before bed and instead wind down with a book
CUP OF HORLICKS HOT BUBBLY BATH AND AN EARLY NIGHT
I’m not getting very good sleep at the moment with being 23 weeks pregnant! However, I do always sleep best if I have a hot bubble bath and get straight into a bed with freshly cleaned sheets 🙂
I don’t sleep well at all. I have to physically wear myself out before I sleep well. So I suppose my top tip is to don’t go to bed until you are tired
Always have the bedroom at an ambient temperature x
No technology a warm bath a few drops of lavender on the pillow and deep relaxation exercises
Listen to the book at bedtime, 10,45pm Radio 4, it only last 15mins, but it’s long enough to snuggle down and feel sleepy when you turn the radio off a 11pm you will soon be fast asleep.
