Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow: Review and Giveaway
It’s not much of a secret I spend a lot of time in bed and one thing I notice when I stressed and sleeping badly, is I suffer more pain, especially in my neck.
As such I know a good pillow is something everyone needs in their life.
This is something Sealy are very aware of and they have come up with a range of pillows to make sure, no matter what your night-time issues are they have something to support you.
Sealy.

Sealy is a company who are all about night time. In fact, they have been in the industry for over 100 years. They are based in the heart of Cumbria and use the most advanced technology to offer you the best nights sleep.
They offer a range of mattress in a whole range of different types. From pocket sprung to memory form, Posturepedic and more.
To complement their mattresses, they have also have a range of beds and headboard which offer a focal point for the room.
Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow.

I was kindly sent one of their cushions to try out.
I personally decided to go for Pocket Spring Back. This pillow, in particular, includes 28 pocket springs, to help offer a flexible support system.
Worried about having pocket springs in your pillow and it being uncomfortable? Well, please don’t. They have been specifically surrounded by soft hollow fibre; which helps offer a supportive, comfortable design.
What’s more, the design of the pillow has been designed to try and help keep you cool as you sleep.
As you might have got from the name, this cushion is designed to spring back into shape when you get up in the morning. Offering ongoing support, as the night’s pass.
If that wasn’t enough then this pillow is also hypoallergenic and made to be comfortable and soft due to the covering of DuPont™ Cotrano® fibres.
What Do I Think?

I will be honest as always. It takes a little getting used to after all this isn’t your average pillow. So please don’t try it once and give up.
Once you get used to it you will be glad you gave it just one more try.
Personally, after that starting period, I’ve found it to be much more comfortable to sleep on, with it holding my neck a lot more supportively than a normal pillow.
Personally I am really impressed with the Sealy Pocket Spring Back Cushion and while I realise this pillow won’t work for everyone, please do look into the features for all of the pillows in their range as you are bound to find one which works perfectly.

I love using a sleep spray, it’s such a lovely calming aroma to fall asleep with xx
Use earplugs! They cut out all the noises that could disrupt your sleep pattern.
I leave the window open slightly for a little bit of fresh air
I do an update on counting sheep. I try to see how many American football quarterbacks I can name. Always seems to work.
A little lavender pillow spray usually does the trick.
Sleep on your own
I always find that reading a chapter or two of whatever book Im currently reading helps me drop right off to sleep.
Have a nice bubbly bath to help relax, read a book before bed
cool bedroom, and go up stairs 30mins before, read and relax, no tv or phones
Read until you literally can’t keep your eyes open anymore.
I sleep really badly, but I find that if I listen to some “rain” music that does help slightly.
I sleep really badly, but find if I listen to some “rain” music that helps a bit.
I haven’t found the secret yet but have tried most things.
Long bath, followed by a good TV program and a large mug of tea. Read until tired, but not too scary a book!
Try to get in a routine and stick to it x
Have a bath and then read a book
My top tip is to have a nightly routine and wind down before bed.
Make sure the bedroom is nice and cool with some fresh air coming in
keep your bedroom cool, quiet and free of tablets and phones
Keep to a routine – however tired or awake you feel always try and go to bed and get up at the same time every night, and do the same things in the same order so they will trigger your body to think it’s bed time.
I try to go to bed at the same time everyday and listen to podcasts.
My top tip is avoid using any technology before you sleep. No distractions.
no caffeine for at least 4 hours before bed, lavender drops on pillow and no devices in bed
No blue light screens at least 2 hours before bed
My tip is to have a calming night time tea or ovaltine, and a mini facial to relax and de-stress
