Four Secrets Towards The Perfect Smile
This is a sponsored post.
Smiling, it is something we all do, it shows we are happy, content and enjoying the moment.
However, we don’t always feel confident in our smile. For me, I have noticed my teeth moving back after years of brace wearing and not being told to keep using my retainer for life.
It is something one day I would like to get fixed again.
However, no matter where you are in your smile journey here are four secrets towards the perfect smile.

Good Oral Hygiene.
I recently wrote a more in-depth post on keeping good oral hygiene.
Making sure you take care of your teeth and gyms can be a huge part of being confident in your smile.
Making sure you brush twice a day, floss and use mouthwash as necessary can make a huge difference to having a white and bright smile.
Remember healthy gums should be pink, while red gums mean inflammation and something is going on – so pop to your dentist should you notice that.

Smile With Your Eyes
When it comes to photos, making sure your smile reaches your eyes is a big thing.
After all, if you smile says happy, but your eyes are saying oh no! It can definitely show in the photos that are taken.
One way to master this technique is to practice in the mirror, you can even use something to cover your mouth giving you a better look at how your eyes look, without your smile as a focus.
Consider Treatment
Sometimes our smile can be hindered by how we feel about our smile.
For me, it is my teeth moving back and personally, I’ve considered having braces again.
For others, treatment could be something like teeth reshaping, veneers or whitening.
It is worth remembering though that a truly happy smile comes from within. Though treatments may help you feel more confident in how you feel you look when you smile.

Be Happy
Tricks and practice will only get you so far, ultimately nothing beats a real happy smile.
After all, a grin can really be infectious. With the wide smile and happy glinting eyes, it is no wonder a smile can make others smile as they go about their day.
So do what makes you happy, think of what makes you happy and smile as much as you can and spread that positivity with others around you.
