Yves Rocher – Pore Clearing Mask: Review
Yves Rocher are fast becoming one of my favourite brands of the year, not only are they so affordable, but the products I have used so far, really work. So of course I was really excited to get my hands on this product the Pore Clearing Mask, my skin is yet to realise I am nearer 30 than my teens with spots being a regular battle for me, so anything that might help me subdue them a little is worth giving a try.
As well as this particular Yves Rocher mask being aimed at cleaning out those spots and blackheads, it has a paraben free formula and needs only 3 minutes to work. For me the less time I have to sit with a facemask on the better, it’s not that I don’t like laying back and relaxing, I just don’t like not being able to see for 15 – 20, because for some reason the thought of if I put my glasses on they will get gunked just winds me up, so a 3 minute mask is just perfect.
The pore clearing mask itself is a cream, which surprisingly doesn’t have too much for a scent, I’m not sure why I always except masks to emit some sort of normally not so nice scent, so it always surprises me when they don’t (one of my quirks I guess), the cream is easily applied to the skin and within seconds it starts to dry and harden.
The fact it is a cream and it is dispensed from the tube makes it so easy to not make a mess with, I’m one of those people that if you give a tub to scoop something out of it is going to go everywhere, no matter how hard I try to keep things clean.
I have to admit the fact it does dry so quickly, left me a little worried about how long it may take to wash off, so I was pleased to find out that, with a muslin cloth and lukewarm water it was very easily washed away.
After using the pore clearing mask my skin was left feeling soft and free from the tight after feeling that often seems to come hand in hand with many face products I try, it did seem to bring out my lurking spots after first use but as the saying goes sometimes things need to get worse, to get better and that is very much the truth with this, as it has helped keep down the amount I seem to be plagued with over the past month, while helping my skin feel smoother and softer.
If you want to give Yves Rocher’s Pore Clearing Mask a try for yourself it can be brought from their website where it has an RRP of £11.00.
What do you think of the sound of this mask, is it something you fancy trying for yourself?

I love face masks i would really like to try this one out, thanks for sharing 😀
Like the sound of this, thanks for the review Sarah.
My mum has been buying from Yves Rocher for years, and I mean years!! I remember her getting a leaflet thing in the mail that you could pick from!!
I’m rubbish with beauty products >_<
It does sound like a product I’d try and I like the fact that it doesn’t take long to dry. I don’t have much patience and gave up on face masks that take forever to dry!
This looks amazing! Anything that can scrub the dirt from my pores is good news with me. 🙂
I’ve used this stuff, works much better than some other big brands
Would love to try this out – my skin is terrible at the moment
I love the looks of this
This looks really good, think I will have to get myself one of these
This sounds like a great product, I haven’t tried it before but will keep an eye out for it x
3 minutes is about all the time I can devote to beauty regimes these days!
I work in quite a dusty environment – I might try this because my skin feels awful after a shift.
Lol Im like that with the glasses! I need something so try – I look at gorgeous models in mags with smooth clear skin and it annoys me!
I swear by this brand!
Pore me, I have terrible pores…. this might just be my salvation!
I have baby soft skin 😉 but I’m sure mummy would like this! x
I need to get into the habit using masks and taking better care of my skin. The face mask sounds lovely and not too time consuming to use.
My skin is terrible at the moment but I don’t know what to try. This sounds like a great product that I may well have to have a look into! Thanks!
I think that’s a bit pricey but I would treat myself if it works!
I really need to start taking better care of my skin, i have little to no beauty routine! This looks great though and super price too! xxx
I’ve never tried this mask but the brand is fabulous
Never tried this but it sounds great!
This product look nice. I would prefer them dry quickly! I don’t have the patient to wait. So your 3 minutes sound about right.
I’d love to try – so many masks claim to clean the pores and then don’t.
I don’t have much of a face routine as I don’t have time but love the idea of an indulgent face mask 🙂
Sound good, I think I could do with some of this at the moment x
I have not tried this as of yet , not sure i will though as i am going thru so many creams at the moment x
This sounds interesting. I’ve not used anything like this for years but I like the idea of it only being on for three minutes. I may ask for some for my birthday. Thanks for sharing.
My mother-in-law was a dedicated Yves Rocher fan and I always “poo poo”-ed her choice. However, your review has made me interested n checking them out – thanks!
I love this stuff but never tried it, very nice rrp so I think I may give it a trial x
