Wet Brush Shower Detangler Review and Competition
Don’t you just hate it when you’re in the shower, washing your hair but it is tangled? That’s where Wet Brush come in.
I know for me when it happens I often feel like my hair isn’t being washed quite so well. However, Wet Brush has come up with an answer to tangled hair, thanks to their new shower detangler.
Wet Brush.

Wet Brush are a company who make brushes designed to be used on wet hair.
Yes, we all know it’s best not to brush our hair when wet, but let’s be honest most of us do. So the next best thing, according to expert advice, is to offer a hairbrush which is designed to offer less breakage.
They designed the Original Detangler, a dry brush that can be used on either wet or dry hair without breaking or stretching your hair, a few years ago and it quickly became one of the most popular detangling brushes on the market.
They have recently added to their collection the Shower Detangler, a brush offering multipurpose usage in the shower.

So what makes this new brush different?
Well from its hook handle, to easy to dry design it has been made to use in the shower.
In fact, every part of the design has been thought through. The brush works using OmniFlex™ technology which allows the brush to bend and curve to the shape of your scalp. Helping in the distribution of conditioner and a more comfortable brush.
What’s more, it has been specifically designed with Intelliflex bristles to tackle tangles, making it less painful to use, as well as, helping prevent split ends and hair breakage! In fact, when it comes to figures this little brush can stop damage by up to 45% and uses 56% less effort!
Fantastic right?
My Thoughts.

I really like this brush, I’ve always used a shower comb before, but find the brush offers a more even distribution when it comes to conditioner.
It is simple to use, works through tangles well and is the perfect addition to the shower!
The Shower Detangler comes in a choice of 3 colours (pink, purple and black) and can be bought from places such as Boots and Look Fantastic. (Affiliate Links).

When is the shower wash your hair and add the condition to the hair and put a cap over your hair. The heat of the shower will help the conditioner penetrate your hair.
Top hair tip is to shampoo your hair twice
I use coconut oil as a mask once a week.
Don’t be to generous with the conditioner. It can make hair heavy. I have shoulder length hair and I use conditioner only every second wash. It feels much lighter and still lovely and conditioned.
let your hair dry naturally, try not to use to much heat or if you do use a defence serum
Regular trims are essential for keeping your hair in good condition.
Don’t rub your hair with a towel. Leave it loosely wrapped in a towel to soak up the majority of water and then leave to dry naturally.
Don’t Use Conditioner on Your Scalp
Eat a balanced diet with plenty oily fish and olive oil
Always use a heat spray when drying or straightening hair to protect it
I have used products on my hair for most of my life. I then lost my hair because of chemotherapy treatment. It has now grown back but I have learned to treat my hair more gently and find I don’t actually need products on it.
If you have greasy/oily hair, only conditioner the ends as conditioning the roots can make it worse.
Do a deep conditioning treatment weekly
have it cut regularly as it helps it keep its shape
Also let your hair dry naturally when you can
As someone with wavy hair ive started following the curly hair/girl method, life changer. Leave in conditioner has helped to keep my hsir less frizzy.
Always comb conditioner to the ends of the hair in the shower.
Leave it to dry naturally whenever you can to minimise the heat damage
Avoid hairdryer’s and take vitamins for hair
Not to use to much heat and if you have to then make sure you use a good heat protector product
I shampoo my scalp only, then I rinse (the shampoo will make its way down the hair anyway during the rinse, but only a light amount), then I will condition the ends. That way, my scalp doesn’t need washing AS often and my ends won’t dry out.
i’d say not to wash it too often, let it dry naturally and as few chemicals as possible
Always use a conditioner
My tip is to use a protective spray before straitening and while I’m not going out I’m giving it a break and letting it dry naturally.
Let your hair dry naturally and avoid the hairdryer as much as possible.
