Tasty treats for cats.
I’m not sure how much you know about Poppy – she sometimes turns up on my Silent Sunday photos but I don’t think I have ever spoken much about her. I’m sure you can all guess she isn’t my cat, but what might surprise you is she actually used to be. One day back when I was in my mid-teens, this little cat was outside my parents as we went out to see my aunt. It was tipping with rain and we assumed, as she had a collar on, she would soon head home, but when we got home that evening she was still there, dripping wet and shivering with cold.
So we took her in, tried to find her owner and for the first little while she slept on the end of my bed, but slowly as time went on she decided she liked my Mum better, (I can’t really blame her – I was still very much suffering badly with my mental health), so that is how Poppy became my parents cat and she has had a wonderful life with them, so I don’t blame her choosing them over me.
We believe that Poppy was around 3 when she came to live with us, making her now around 15 and apart from being partly deaf she is in pretty good shape (she’s definitely kept her kittenish good looks) and part of that is most likely down to the good diet she receives.
Of course every cat owner looks to feed their cats on what they think is right, I have to admit though, when it comes to advertisements, I have a soft spot for Felix with their black cat (all the cats in my life have been black) and the amount of effort they put into each of their adverts is always obvious. However their latest one has gone a step further, not only does it feature one good looking cat, it also features an amazing mechanical machine that has stepped right out from a cats dream.

That is such a cool video! I have three cats. Our black cat passed away last year, but I have a “cow cat” that is black and white! I’ll have to check out this tasty treat for them!
I have never had a black cat but I currently have a calico and a “red” one. I love my kitties!

Black cats are my favourite (and Poppy is absolutely adorable). It definitely looks like Felix put in a lot of effort in these adverts.

Your cat is so cute! Diet is definitely important to keeping your pets healthy. We have a twelve year old cat now and we’re having to change her diet because she prefers dry food, but needs wet food as she’s old and dehydrated easily.
This is the kind of commercial I don’t mind watching. I think my cats would gobble it up.

I do often wonder what cats think about.. not necessarily dream about. We have 2 feral cats and it can be fun watching them. I will need to sneak them some of these treats.

Our cats love their treats. We are using treats to train our cats to use a new potty system, they will fake going just to get the treats, lol.
