Retouch Power Blush: Review
Do you find your phone or tablet runs out just at the wrong moment, be you in the middle of surfing the internet on a only half way home train or bus, or in the middle of that important phone call or perhaps worst of all when you’re trying to snap that one fantastic photo.
I can’t even start to think about how many times this has happened to me, but it will happen no more thanks to the wonderful Retouch Power.
Retouch Power offer two portable chargers the first with a slightly smaller 2600 mAh litihium ion battery is kissable, this lipstick shaped charger is able offer up to 500 cycle charges (each charge takes 2 – 3 hours) and it recharges most phones (including the iPhone) at the fastest speed possible. While the second and one that I received is Blush.
The Retouch Power Blush offers a larger battery capacity of 4200 mAh, this means more recharge time per charge and its output charging speed of 2000mA means you can charge even an iPad at the fastest speed.
The Blush is made to fit in your handbag and as with all the best handbag accessories it is even multi use as the top part of the case has in it a mirror. It comes with a small cable which can be used to both charge the Blush unit and an android device (for charging apple products you would need to bring your own USB cable).
Retouch Power Blush is so simple to use, once you need to charge your phone all you need to do is push the large “blush” on/off button and the LED lights in front of it will begin to flash – these help tell you how much charge is left in the unit as well as when it has finished charging. The charging ports are to the side of the device and while the blush needs to be left open when you are charging it, it can be closed when you are using the USB slot to charge your phone or tablet.
Having tried a couple of portable chargers in the past I have to say the versatility of this one is great and of course while the blush gives more power, if you are looking for something small you can always go with kissable, which while it doesn’t offer quite so much charge time it will definitely give you the boost you need.
Both kissable and blush come in a number of colour options and can be brought at £29.99 / £39.99 respectably, meaning perhaps they are something you need to pop on your Christmas list?

I love this idea. My iPhone takes ages to charge in the car and it’s when we’re out for the day that I use most battery, what with Instagram etc. I find myself having to limit my usage the battery runs down and takes too long to charge. I’ll be adding this to my wish list!
