Simba Mattress Review: Comfort and Convenience Delivered to Your Door
PR Sample – I received a Simba Hybrid Mattress for consideration on my blog.
When it comes to a good sleep experience, finding the right mattress is key. Recently, I was asked if I would like to review a Simba mattress, and while I wasn’t able to, my parents were all too happy to give one a try themselves.
So here’s their experience from delivery to dreamland.
Simba

I’ve reviewed Simba on the blog before, with their cooling body pillow which was a great addition to my sleep routine.
However, if you missed that review, let me give you a quick introduction to Simba. Previously a manufacturer of mattresses across the globe, in 2002 they decided to take their mattress knowledge and make a brand and name for themselves.
With the help of three experts, Simba has built a mattress that uses a mix of foam and spring within its cutting-edge design. Incredibly they have over 250,000 5-star reviews, have won 60 industry awards and over 1 million people use their mattresses.
What’s more, they have looked to make sure that while their mattresses use cutting-edge technology and knowledge, they are still reasonably priced.
Simba Hybrid Mattress

The Hybrid Original Mattress from Simba uses a mix of 1,900 Aerocoil micro springs and Simbatex foam. Together, they work to help body alignment across 9 support zones, while keeping your cool thanks to the airflow allowed through the foam.
This top-of-the-range mattress features a zip-off top for washing and has been made in the UK, In fact, the mattress is made in Manchester with titanium alloy springs from Leeds and airy foam layers from Middleton.
Don’t forget if you need some tips on how to dispose of your mattress, Simba are there to help as they even offer to collect your old mattress for recycling when they deliver your new one!
So over to my parents to give their thoughts.
Unboxing and Setup: Simple and Stress-Free

The first thing we noticed, of course, was the packaging. The Simba mattress arrived in a sturdy, recyclable cardboard box, which while it was bulky made for easy postage and handling! Inside, the mattress was vacuum-packed, offering a surprisingly easy way to carry up the stairs and manoeuvre into place.
Our old bed frame is slatted, and the gaps between the slats were slightly larger than Simba’s recommendation of no more than 3 inches (7.6cm) apart. This could have been an issue, but a quick trip to a local builders’ merchant provided a simple solution. For less than £10, we purchased a piece of hardboard that had been cut to size and just needed to be placed over the slats.
Once we positioned the mattress on the bed, removing the plastic wrapper was a breeze. Carefully cutting open the wrapper, we heard the soft hissing of it beginning to fill with air, while the mattress practically unrolled itself onto the bed. We left it to expand for a few hours, and before long, it reached its full thickness.
Comfort and Support: A Dream Come True

Let’s talk comfort. The Simba mattress is not only visually impressive with its thickness but also delivers on the promise of comfort. It’s firm enough to provide excellent support yet soft enough to adapt perfectly to the contours of your body.
In our experience, this is one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on. After just a few nights, we noticed an improvement in sleep quality.
Final Thoughts: A Worthwhile Investment in Your Sleep
Overall, the Simba mattress exceeded our expectations. From the hassle-free setup to the comfort it provides, it’s clear that Simba has thought of everything. Whether you’re upgrading your mattress out of necessity or simply looking to improve your sleep quality, we highly recommend trying Simba.
The Simba Hybrid Original Mattress starts at £659 although is on sale for 25% off at the time of writing making it £494.25.
What do you think of the sound of this mattress, would you like to try one?

I’m in real need for a new mattress and these look so good.
Let me know what you think if you do decide to get one – might be worth seeing if they do a black friday sale too!
Due for a new mattress soon so will definitely consider Simba as a brand.
They are really good and so comfortable!
Really helpful – was looking at this brand for a new Mattress and was finding it difficult to choose one. I have a spinal injury so it is really important we get one that supports my spine, yet not too firm. This seems to fit the bill. Thanks for the review x
Oh gosh yes! A good mattress is a must for you then, I’ve bought so bad ones over the years and the difference its made to my sleep is crazy, I wouldn’t have thought that the wrong one would really make such a difference.
My son who’s actually 34 said he’s after a new mattress.I will tell him about this one.
I hope it might help him with picking! They do some good offers so I’d be tempted to see if anything happens around Black Friday perhaps.
Sounds really good and comfy, definitely consider one of these for my next mattress.
Definitely worth having a think about – very good quality and comfort.
I have a Simba mattress and I absolutely love it. I do love purchasing a new mattress but they are so expensive. I try to get mine when there is a sale on.
I don’t blame you – it’s always nice to manage to grab something you need for a bit cheaper!
A good relaxing night is really important for active days…
Definitely it can make all the difference after a long day.
Anything to help with sleep is welcome and this Simba Mattress looks & sounds amazing!
Definitely we all deserve to have the best nights sleep!
I would love to buy one of these next time I change the mattress
I hope if you go for one you like it as well!
@Sarah-Louise Bailey, well I like my Simba pillow. Which is so comfy
The one I have is lovely too! I have to cool touch one, if I ever stay at my parents I’m definitely trying the new mattress out (it’s on my old bed so I get first dibs right lol)
Sounds a beauty – would love to improve sleep and rest
A mattress really can make all the difference can’t it?
