  1. My favourite mindfulness activity is yoga. I find connecting with my body really helps bring me back to myself and working on the floor always helps me feel grounded!

  3. I use a variety – watching the movement of the waves (that’s one of many bonuses of living close to the sea), grooming (or even just hanging out) with my animals, spending time in the Forest (or just nature really) for instance – but the one I use most (so you could say it is my favourite) is breathwork. Although I work from home, it is not always possible to nip to the beach or Forest or I don’t have much time which rules out playing with the animals etc. But focusing on my breathing is something I can do no matter how little time I have or where I am and is ‘guaranteed’ to help bring my focus back to the here and now.
