Naughty Pet Contest
There’s a different side to Sally, one which isn’t so often seen on the blog and that is her naughty side – a side which she can keep well hidden to everyone, but those closest to her and although you may get a glimpse at the slightly manic side of her in the above picture, there is so much more to the naughty little Sal that lives inside the normally calm and sedate dog that is present most of the time.
Sally has a few naughty tendencies, the first and perhaps the one that causes the most mess is her love of boxes, she doesn’t mind the size, or what has be contained in them; sometimes she doesn’t even care if the content is still supposedly safely hidden inside the box – if she has the mood on her she will quickly sneak in, grab the box and then attack. Once the attack starts as well, there is no stopping Sal until the poor box is in pieces, Sal is tired out and whoever is around is left with a huge mess to tidy up.
As well as boxes she also loves empty pop bottles, she has a huge talent for getting the lids to come off as quick as can be and once they are off, she likes to leave them in the middle of the floor, when you step on them (quite painful for those who have never been in such a situation), while the bottle is left where ever she fancies sometimes squashed and sometimes just de-lidded.
Then of course we have the woofles, the talent every dog possesses to bark, when they feel like it and with Sal it comes with the feeling of knowing the right moments to let loose, of course however her right moments aren’t the same as everyone else’s right moments and most often with her, it just so happens to be completely the wrong moment – such as setting off barking when my Dad is in the middle of an important conference call.
So there you have it a glimpse into Sal’s naughty side, does it make you see her in a different light?
If you have a naughty pet yourself Direct Line are holding a competition to help fix Britain’s naughtiest pet where there is a winner a week of £50 in Zooplus vouchers, while one lucky dog owner will bag a trainer session with a top dog trainer. So what are you waiting for? Get entering.
Do you have a naughty pet, what do they get up to?

hahah awww adorableness overload! I love that this post is about sally the awesome dog. Hahah imagine if there was such a thing as the Naughty Pet Contest, it would be utter choas haha but really cool. Great post.
Yeah pets are in their natural state. But its fun to watch them when the do something like that.
So cuteee! I have 4 dogs. My 3 pitbulls are the trouble makers but my shitzu is calm and doesn’t mess up the house at all.
What a cute idea for a contest! I bet my fur babies could enter too!
Awwwww what a fun contest!!! I don’t have a dog, but one of my two cats omg!! Would win in a cat version of this contest!
My Rottweiler is so mischievous. She gets into any and everything if I let her.
Our dog that died just before Xmas would have won this hands down…he was a loveable rogue!
LOL Glad to know my Grandpuppy isn’t the only one who barks randomly and loudly!! But they’re adorable anyway right? BB2U
Aww! I remember when I had to doggies and they got into all sorts of trouble! I always came home to my shoes (they knew how to really get me back lol) all chewed up!
Oh my, one of the reasons I’m afraid to get my own pet is this side of them! I don’t want to clean up every time my pet is in the mood to shred things to pieces. Yikes! XD Anyway, cute Sal!
Oh wow, Sally reminds me of my neighbor’s dog who would always get crazy with cardboard boxes. Naughty still means nice in some ways though!
I think all pets have their own naughty side, although I don’t know what it is with dogs or cats and boxes! They seem to have an issue with those! Lol.
I guess it’s just ok that pets do have their naught side. Sometimes, it’s cute to look at.
I’m not going to lie, I always laugh at those memes of dogs with shaming pieces of paper that say how they ate a dozen cookies or something. It is so fun and cute to see what naughty pets are up to….but not so much fun to clean up after them.
Dogs are the cutest thing in the universe! I love this fun contest.
This is why I prefer dogs over cats haha they are so lovely and fun all the time
This is a cute post and naughty pet contest. I have a little guy like her. He gets into everything especially when I am trying to do something. Sally is so cute and I think their naughtiness gives them character. lol Thanks for sharing the contest and the naughty little girl.
Oh what a troublemaker! It is so cute that she loves boxes so much. This is a really fun contest.
How fun is this. my dogs aren’t really naughty but my one dog barks non-stop it seems anymore. At the couch, at the wall, at the window… it’s really annoying! we are lucky that none of our 3 are chewers or really get into much!
This is such a fun pet contest. We don’t have a dog, but my cousin does! I’ll be sharing this post with her.
Yes, we have a basset hound that back in the day, was very naughty. She just couldn’t fight her “super-smeller” and stay out of the trash. She was a big mess maker for sure.
This is funny! And one of the prime reasons I’ll never have a dog, lol! I’ll live vicariously through friends who have them! ??

Our dog is naughty because he’s a big chewer! He can chew up anything if you aren’t watching him closely. No matter how many toys he has!
I have a naughty pet too. My puppy loves to eat my daughter’s plastic dolls’ faces and arms and she cries. So sad.
This makes me laugh out loud! Right now we do not have a dog, but when we had our golden retriever his favorite thing to do is chew on my sons toys and socks.
My dog is always obedient until someone he doesn’t know comes over. I can hardly keep him from jumping all over them. Then as soon as they leave, he’s back to being his normal self. I’ve tried everything to get him to stop leaping on strangers. He’s not trying to harm them. He’s just all over them.
My dog is a terror, but I don’t know if I would say naughty. He hates people – except for us.
