  2. I thoroughly agree that pets are wonderful for maintaining mental health. During a bad time in my life, my dog needing me to care for her and walk her kept me sane. They also appear to know when you need them near.

    1. IT’s amazing how they know isn’t it? I miss Sal so much as she was always around and a warm comfort, but I know my health means I couldn’t have another dog.

  3. Just stroking pets makes us feel calmer and better doesn’t it. They really are amazing for mental health for absolutely everyone.

    1. It’s amazing how it works! We always rush out into the garden when we see the neighbours cat now to give her a stroke haha!

  4. Pets are most definitely the heroes of our mental health. The house always feels empty without them; I wouldn’t want to be without my cats.

    1. I really miss having one, I know I wouldn’t cope with a dog again but I do hope to get another little critter at some point.
