  1. I was doing really well about sticking to a routine, but this week it’s been a little all over the place!

  2. I guess we are all coping in the best way we can with the lock down so hang in there as it will get better soon. We all (including my son) needs a haircut, my hair is super long but I don’t dare cut it myself and will wait till the lockdown is lifted.

    1. You are doing the right thing. I know I shouldn’t but it’s an impulse in many ways.

  3. I may say life in a lockdown is very uncomfortable especially if we have a routine that is part of our daily life. However if this is the best way to control and flatten the curve, I don’t mind this lockdown.

    1. Definitely that’s the thing isn’t it – it’s saving people and that’s a good thing.

  4. I used to try and cut my own hair, I always thought it looked better than what it actually did !

    1. That’s the downside it doesn’t look to great, I might bite the bullet and go to the hairdressers after lockdown is over.

  5. I am so tired of being stuck at home trying to muddle through all the work school has set. Hopefully there will be some good news soon.

  6. Going for an ice cream sounds like an awesome idea! That being said I did actually find out our local ice cream restaurant delivers….

    1. It would be so good wouldn’t it – I am going to have to see if the ice cream man comes down here, I think he might skip it which is weird as it’s a main road.

  7. It has been hard to adjust to this new normal. Hoping the warmer summer temperatures will lighten our mood.

  8. I am so sorry you are struggling this week, our routine has gone out the window. I woke up late today which has put me behind plus I have C to sort with her medication etc so was late with that

    1. Oh no I hope today gets better for you – it’s hard when you don’t have anything to be up and out for sometimes.

  9. Your doing very well considering ! I’ve found it awful as I’m so missing my 6 year old grandson . I just want to have him back x

  10. All we can do is take this current situation one day at a time and remember to be kind to ourselves and more forgiving of everyone around us. At least, that’s what I’m aiming to do! I spent a long time feeling guilty after being furloughed for two of my jobs and thinking I should be trying hard to find new work. Turns out, my Husband was just happy to have me looking after and home-schooling the kids!

  11. My routine has been very bad this week too and I have been feeling really miserable and cannot stop eating. No exercise and need to get in a better frame of mind and sort myself out! Hopefully next week is better for us.

  12. I’m sorry that the week has been so hard on you, hopefully the next one will be better! We are staying in and having groceries delivered. I did drive to pick up our other car from the mechanic and it was bizarrely exciting to be out (even if I stayed in the car.)

    1. It is exciting to get out at times, isn’t it? It’s almost like a whole different world these days.

  13. You’re not alone in struggling with fatigue. My husband and I have both remarked how we feel exhausted, in spite of not seeming to accomplish much each day. However, stress is definitely tiring and we are all experiencing additional stress at the moment, whether we are worried about our own health or the health of loved ones, worried about finances or any of the other additional worries that this pandemic has caused. So I’ve given up trying to force myself out of bed in the morning and will just let my body decide when it feels ready to face another day.

    1. It is strange isn’t it how our bodies react to things going on around us. I’ve forgotten what the morning is at this point in time.

  14. I think you are doing amazing! I agree with having mixed emotions of I want yo see my famy so much but at the same time, I want yo stay in my family bubble. I’m still no good at the minute for going out for essential shopping.

    1. It hard as it feels like you are being pulled in two different ways. I’m sure in the end it will all work out though.

  15. I think this lockdown is stressful for everyone! I’m sorry you’re feeling fatigued. Hopefully, we will all be able to go out again soon.

    1. Definitely I think it’s getting to a lot of people as well now – it seems to have been going on so long.

  16. I have been very tired too. It’s so hard! Hang in there, and take care of yourself.

    1. It’s such a weird place to be isn’t it? Feels like we shouldn’t be tired as we aren’t doing much, but feeling over tired.

  17. I’m sorry you’ve been struggling with fatigue – that doesn’t make this challenging time any easier! I am still having such a rollercoaster with emotions and dealing with the challenges I face, but we’re getting there 🙂

    1. It’s hard isn’t it – I think people are doing so well considering it’s such a strange time to live through.

  18. I could go for some ice cream too!

I hear you on being tired some days. I am so ready for life to get back to normal.

    1. It would be so good right now – I’ve seen some ice cream people taking deliveries to peoples doors.

  19. We are all facing issues we never faced before. Thankfully we are coping well but going into stores is a little difficult with the lines and shortages.

    1. I’ve been sat in the car and watched the line at even the corner shop get so long! It’s crazy how long people are waiting.

  20. keep your chin up, we have passed the peak, so the light is at the end of tunnel and hopefully not another oncoming train! LOL! I have started using CBD oil last few weeks, I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, anxiety / depression, I have to say I am impressed, it has really helped me and I was the biggest cynic going, so glad I tried it, will def continue

    1. I am so glad you have found something that has started to help you! That is wonderful!
