  1. Suffered from allergic rhinitis for years. Always rock my sunnies when I’m out, daily antihistamine and eye drops when I need to.

  2. I have been suffering terribly with hayfever this year and am having to wear sunglasses or reading glasses 24/7

  3. I don’t suffer from hay fever but my Grandaughter suffers from it. She finds that wearing sunglasses helps with her symptoms

    1. They really do help I think – I’ve been finding my eyes are really struggling this year and I always try and wear something over my eyes to help.

  4. Never go anywhere without my sunglasses to protect my eyes. I suffer quite badly with hayfever.

    1. I’m so sorry you are struggling with your hayfever it seems to be a bad year for it!

    1. Thank you for working at a GPs I think it must be such a hard job from reception to being a GP themselves trying to make sure everyone gets the care they need.

    1. It’s so bad today – I do suggest eye drops though they can be so soothing for anything to do with eyes.

  5. Last year I suffered so much! This year I am not suffering as much yet but I think I am allergic to weed pollen which is end of June to Sept. I have invested in something called a Hayband which apparently uses accupressure to help and also I am taking probiotics which help as if the flora in your gut is balanced, you wont suffer so much! I dont know if any of this will work but I am willing to try anything!

    1. Oh I really hope that helps your have to report back! I always used to struggle with the moulds come autumn, everyone else was getting better and theres me going off on one lol.

    1. I know a few people with hayfever and all seem to say this year has been really bad for them!

  7. It’s very strange but as a teenager and into my twenties, I usedto be quite badly affected by hayfever – runny nose, sore red eyes and intense, high-volume sneezing! But as I’ve grown older, everything has got better and I don’t even have to take medication for it anymore. Bizarrely, my sister, who never used to be bothered by it, has started to suffer greatly. Odd, no?

    1. That’s so strange! I know things can get better as you get older, but for you to go one way and your sister the other is very strange!

    1. It’s such a hard year for hayfever this year I think, everyone seems to be really struggling.

  8. luckily I do not suffer but my husband swears by the air purifier we have. it wasnt cheap but it also works as a cooler or a heater.

    1. Ohh that sounds really good – we have a Dyson one that is a fan and air purifier but I never think to use it as an air purifer I have to admit.
