Beautiful jewellery from Gemporia
I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and have found yourself some fantastic things in the sales so far. For those of you who happen to love bargains and jewellery (and let’s face it, who doesn’t?!) then Gemporia might be a website you’re aware of. If you haven’t heard of it then it’s one that you might like to take a look at.
Gemporia specialises in affordable, stylish and responsibly made jewellery. Each of their beautiful pieces are made in limited runs which means that you get a limited edition every time you buy something so your jewellery will feel super special and unique. And they do good too! They work closely with The Colourful Life Foundation to help support those living in the areas where their gems are found.
They recently got in touch with me and asked if I would like to review an item from their collection. Of course, as the ring lover I am, I had to say yes.
This particular ring is from the Annabella collection and was made in a limited run of 151. It is made from sterling silver and contains 12 diamonds. It is worth noting that the website lists it as a 1.8ct diamond ring. This is calculated across the 12 diamonds and isn’t the carat content of each stone…because that would be huge!
Personally I found the ring very pretty. I was actually torn between two of the rings available on the website and it took me a while to decide on this one but I am really glad I did. It is something that will go with absolutely anything and it’s special while being subtle at the same time. For those that like to stack their rings, it would even make a nice base for other rings to go on top of.
Gemporia rings are sized between two sizes starting at J-K and going up to T-U. I personally went for N-O hoping it would fit on my larger hand, however I felt it was nearer to an M-N in size. It’s definitely worth making sure you go through their sizing guide before ordering to make sure you get the size just right.
Overall so far the ring fits well on my smaller hand, sitting comfortably and securely. I’ve had no issues with any of the diamonds, they all seem to sit well in their settings, giving me a pleasing little sparkle every time I catch sight of my hand. I feel that this ring goes with anything, due to the neutral colour and it’s one that you could wear every day.
If you’re looking for a reasonably priced diamond ring then Gemporia is definitely worth having a nose around. This particular ring is available to buy for just £77 and comes with an Estimated Retail Value of £157.
