ASDA Photo Personalised Wash Bag: Review
It can often be hard to know what to buy for people, especially when it comes to occasions like Christmas when you are buying for multiple people at once.
So how about the idea of buying something personalised? Especially if it has been personalised with a special image of you both, or includes a photo of something extra special to the recipient.
One company that offer a huge range of personalisable products is ASDA photo.
ASDA Photo
Wanting you to “do more with your memories” ASDA photo is unsurprisingly part of the “ASDA brand”. However, they do run for a separate website. So if you are wanting to grab something from them just pop their name into google and you should find them with ease.
ASDA Photo not only lets you create gifts using their range of personalised products. They also allow you to preserve and print the old. Offering a digital transfer service that can transfer photos to DVD or USB.
Personalised Wash Bag
Just in time for the Christmas rush, I was kindly sent a Personalised Wash Bag to have a look at.
The makeup/wash bag collection comes in a range of 3 sizes. This one I have is small and is around 9″ by 5″. (For the other sizes: medium comes in at 11″ by 6″ and large 32″ x 22″.) There is also a range of different styles available. Some of which can be personalised with writing, others photos and some come just as they are.
Personally, I went for a double photograph bag, unsurprisingly using photos of Sally. The bag itself is made from a printed canvas and includes a padded lining. It also includes a contrasting trim and zip.
ASDA photo offers a simple to use guide to make your gift. In fact, in the case of this washbag, all I had to do was upload then drag and drop the photos. You can as well if wanted add text to the front of the bag.

I’ve reviewed other ASDA Photo items before and have to say just those I am impressed at the quality of this offering
One thing I must admit is that when I made the bag I got a warning about the images not being the best quality. However, as I struggled to find a larger file, I crossed my fingers and went for it.
And I have to say I am really glad that I did, as I feel like it came out well. While the bag itself feels sturdy and well made, the inside is padded and offers a wipe-clean, slightly (at least) waterproof lining.
The small size personalised wash bag comes in at £18 and can of course be bought from ASDA Photo.

I have a real thing about washbags and think they make an excellent present if you’re totally stumped for other ideas. But they’ve got to be BIG and sturdy, so you can pack everything in. People who advertise ‘washbags’ for sale when it’s really only the size of a make-up bag drive me absolutely mad!!

I think this wash bag looks lovely and it’s great that it is padded and can be wiped clean. I would love one featuring a photo of my cat but I would have to try and get him to pose for a nice picture first! I like personalised mugs which always make for a talking point.
My favourite is a personalised photobook – gone are the days of slotting a photo into a plastic wallet in a photograph album; the photobooks are excellent value and you can get so many more photos per photo book, they are also much easier to look at. They sound so good you’d think I’d have a few, unfortunately not but I will be purchasing one after my daughter gets married next year.
