Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow: Review and Giveaway
It’s not much of a secret I spend a lot of time in bed and one thing I notice when I stressed and sleeping badly, is I suffer more pain, especially in my neck.
As such I know a good pillow is something everyone needs in their life.
This is something Sealy are very aware of and they have come up with a range of pillows to make sure, no matter what your night-time issues are they have something to support you.
Sealy.

Sealy is a company who are all about night time. In fact, they have been in the industry for over 100 years. They are based in the heart of Cumbria and use the most advanced technology to offer you the best nights sleep.
They offer a range of mattress in a whole range of different types. From pocket sprung to memory form, Posturepedic and more.
To complement their mattresses, they have also have a range of beds and headboard which offer a focal point for the room.
Sealy Pocket Spring Back Pillow.

I was kindly sent one of their cushions to try out.
I personally decided to go for Pocket Spring Back. This pillow, in particular, includes 28 pocket springs, to help offer a flexible support system.
Worried about having pocket springs in your pillow and it being uncomfortable? Well, please don’t. They have been specifically surrounded by soft hollow fibre; which helps offer a supportive, comfortable design.
What’s more, the design of the pillow has been designed to try and help keep you cool as you sleep.
As you might have got from the name, this cushion is designed to spring back into shape when you get up in the morning. Offering ongoing support, as the night’s pass.
If that wasn’t enough then this pillow is also hypoallergenic and made to be comfortable and soft due to the covering of DuPont™ Cotrano® fibres.
What Do I Think?

I will be honest as always. It takes a little getting used to after all this isn’t your average pillow. So please don’t try it once and give up.
Once you get used to it you will be glad you gave it just one more try.
Personally, after that starting period, I’ve found it to be much more comfortable to sleep on, with it holding my neck a lot more supportively than a normal pillow.
Personally I am really impressed with the Sealy Pocket Spring Back Cushion and while I realise this pillow won’t work for everyone, please do look into the features for all of the pillows in their range as you are bound to find one which works perfectly.
If you want to have a look at the Sealy collection, head over to their website.

So, going to bed at the same time each night, half an hour before bedtime switching off the tv/computer/radio and not reading (all stimulate the brain) and following the same routine (brushing teeth, putting the cat out or whatever). It all signals to your brain (and body) that it is time to rest, although it can take a while to work if you haven’t had a good routine before so don’t expect it to work immediately you make the changes!

The most likely thing that works is reading something like a magazine that has enough text to make me sleepy. But not a book that is so good you can’t put down!!! I’ve been camping in my extra room over a year on a bunch of pillows, and would love another, as the 86-yr-old woman under me bashes the wall if I even sit on my bed to put on my pj’s. She’s made complaints about it, although she just says “noise,” they wouldn’t believe she can’t stand me getting into my bed or out of it. So I haven’t slept in my bed (or even sat on it). Always get up at the same time, even if you haven’t slept well, and then go to bed at a reasonable time that evening. Sticking to a regular routine really helps, if you can spend the last half hour before you go to bed pottering and winding down its even better. Once you’re in the swing of a routine you’ll be amazed at how much better you feel after several consecutive good nights, I promise you its like having a superpower.
