  1. It would be so lovely to visit any of these places in the winter. I have been to the Canary Islands in December one year and that was lovely to feel that warmth. Sydney would be wonderful as my brothers live there but a bit out of the price range.

    1. It is such an expensive visit isn’t it? And such a long journey as much as I would love to go I don’t think I could cope with it.

    1. Oh wow I am so jealous I have to say – just a bit of sun in the sky, doesn’t have to be hot would be lovely.

  2. We went to the Algarve for the first time in October Half term. It was t-shirt and cardigan weather, although we did have one day of pouring rain. I would definitely go again in October, it really brightened my mood.

    1. I feel like that’s the perfect type of weather for me, I don’t want it too hot, just tshirt and a cardi with the sun out – perfect!

  3. I have visited the Canary Islands, Turkey and Cyprus, love them in the Summer, so I am sure some winter sunshine would be very tempting.

    1. I just need some sun I think in the winter, doesn’t have to be really warm, in fact I’d rather high teens and that’s perfect!

  4. I’d love to go to Sydney, Australia but the thought of having to endure a long flight to get there really puts me off.

    1. It is such a long way isn’t it? We have family over there but I’m not sure I could manage the flight even before I got so poorly lol.

  5. This post has made me really want some sunshine now!! Feels like a time since I have had a proper holiday!

    1. I am with you there, I normally stay in the UK but I was saying to Ash this year, I want to do an all inclusive and just sit by and pool doing nothing (I’d probably hate it and be bored but still)

    1. If you do I hope you have a wonderful time – I think it can be so uplifting when you think of the weather we have in the UK.
