7 Wellness Gift Ideas to Help your Loved Ones Spoil Themselves
There’s no better feeling than spoiling the ones you love with gifts – especially when those presents help them live happier and healthier lives. Whether it’s something to help them unwind, keep fit or practice mindfulness, there are plenty of beautiful things to choose from. After the last few years, everyone could use a little TLC, so why not treat your loved one in the best way possible? Without further ado, here are our picks for 7 wellness gift ideas to help your loved ones spoil themselves.
Fitbit
If your loved one is interested in health and fitness, what better gift than a Fitbit to help them keep track of their daily habits. Fitbit trackers not only monitor your 24/7 heartbeat, daily steps taken, distance travelled and calories burned, but they also track your sleep, all in order to give you personalised insights into your own health and fitness. There are plenty of Fitbit products to choose from, which makes it easy for you to match them to your recipient’s needs – from simple step-monitoring, all the way to tracking sleep cycles.
Silk pillowcase

Not only does a silk pillowcase look luxurious, but they actually have a whole host of beauty benefits. These include reducing fine lines and wrinkles, preventing frizzy morning hair and split ends, and even keeping skin hydrated (due to silk absorbing less moisture than other fabrics). Plus, silk is naturally hypoallergenic and regulates temperature, making it a great all-year-round bedding option. That’s a lot of work for a humble pillowcase! Treat your loved one to a silk pillowcase and they’ll beautify whilst sleeping peacefully through the night.
Pour-over coffee set
There’s nothing like a morning ritual to help someone feel grounded for the day. If your loved one is a coffee fan, why not buy them a pour-over coffee set so they can start each day doing something for themselves? A pour-over set is the perfect entry point to home brewing. You can choose from a range of sizes, from smaller sets to something larger that’s perfect for making coffee for more than one.
A tea gift hamper
If your loved one isn’t a coffee person, then an elegant tea gift set might be more up their alley. A hamper packed full of their favourite goodies is a great way to share the love. Pick a gift set that features a range of favourites, like Earl Grey and Chamomile. You can always branch out into new, in-season flavours, like seasonal fruits or exotic spices. If you aren’t too sure about finding the perfect flavour, pick up some beautiful teaware instead. A stunning tea set or teapot is the perfect gift to add a little bit of extra luxury to their tea time.
Affirmations
Speaking of daily rituals, mindfulness cards are a great way to incorporate reflection into each day. By placing the set of cards somewhere central in their home, your loved one can draw from the deck every time they need some inspiration or encouragement. Pair it with a gratitude journal and you’ll help your loved ones take note of all the small things in their lives.
Skin pamper set
There’s no better way to spoil your loved one than with some skin pampering products. There’s a lot out there, which can make it hard to choose, but knowing your loved one’s skin type and the care they’re after is a great place to start! Does your loved one have a dedicated 8-step skincare routine? You might want to go for a complete kit that has everything from cleansers to toners and oils. If they prefer something a little bit easier, opt for a pack of face masks or a beautiful moisturiser. Explore the range and discover the set best suited to your loved one – they’ll be sure to love it.
Subscription to headspace or bloom
Mindfulness has never been more important – and with so many available resources, it’s never been easier to practice. Still, sometimes it’s hard to find the discipline or time to sit down and devote a couple of minutes to your own mental wellbeing. That’s why gifting your loved one a subscription to a mindfulness app can be so powerful. Apps like Headspace, which provides daily guided meditations, or Bloom, which helps you “be your own therapist” by offering daily interactive CBT-therapy sessions tailored to you, can help your loved one build a consistent mindfulness routine to manage stress and anxiety with just a couple of minutes each day.
With so many incredible gift ideas out there, go forth and treat your loved one to something special and show them just how much you care – and don’t forget to treat yourself while you’re at it.

A Headspace subscription is a great idea for a gift for a friend, I had never thought of this before. I love the sound of the silk pillowcases.
I bought my daughter a silk pillow case recently and it has done wonders for her hair! She used to wake up with it so knotty and it would get her down so much, but since the silk one it has been brilliant!
They are so good – really helps the hair and it’s meant to be good for the skin as well.
