  1. Absolutely zero plans. Well, zero ‘different from the usual’ weekend plans. I did the usual plans of tidying up and laundry. I’m not a fan of Valentines so I tend not to go out and have some chill time at home.

  2. Me and my hubby went away for the weekend, he cooked a lovely steak dinner on the Saturday and took me to the air fields close by

  3. As the weather forecast we good we planned a walk at a newly created nature reserve on the Lincolnshire coast (2025) The weather was fantastic……dry, warm and sunny. No cold wind from the North Sea. Amazing to see the dry lagoons that had been dug out the old golf course now filled with water. A 3 mile walk through the reserve, a picnic lunch then home to cook together and enjoy salmon and pasta completed our 57th Valentine’s Day together.

  4. There are never any plans for Valentine’s other than a night in with my cat but I love to see couples make time to celebrate in some way on this special day in the calendar.

  5. The height of romance – a Tesco meal deal (it was pretty tasty tbh), a movie and a bottle of red to share. Just loved being together after many many years of not spending Valentine’s Day together as my husband was deployed abroad with the RAF.

  6. We are going to order a meal in as I am housebound, after that relaxing and watching a movie with a nice box of chocolates.

  7. I’m going to be looking after a friends’ dog, so I will have a nice night in with lots of doggie cuddles!

    1. I have a few from previous years, I’ll see what I can do for this year, I’m struggling with my vision so everythings a bit all over the place compared to normal lol.

  8. We’ve been married for nearly 42 years and have always done very little for Valentine’s Day – a card and token pressie (such as a little chocolate heart). is about the limit.

  9. I am recovering from a bad accident so my plans are to have another cosy night in with my husband, hopefully with some chocolates
