Worker Bee Candle from Kindred Fires: Review
It is no secret that I love candle. Both here and on Instagram they often end up featured in posts and round-ups.
Not so long ago I was contacted by Kindred Fire. Who asked if I would like to try one of their personalised candles. Of course, I said yes!
Kindred Fires.
Kindred Fires candles are created and crafted in Manchester.
They believe candles are a great way to celebrate many milestones within a persons life and as such have bought together a selection of carefully selected candles. Which are also able to be personalised with something unique to the recipient.
When it comes to fragrance, they have been carefully chosen to offer a scent which is both fresh and familiar. Each one is made with soy wax and essential oils, then presented in a jar which is perfect for storage after use.
Worker Bee Candle.
You know most people have that teddy from their childhood that went everywhere with them? The one they couldn’t sleep without?
Well, mine was a bee, called bee (very imaginative).
I think this is why I am often drawn to bees.
This candle comes in a glass container engraved with a worker bee, alongside the name of your choice. With the engraved part of the candle clear, allowing the light shining through.
Offering a burn time of up to 40 hours, this particular candle comes in a choice of 10 different fragrances.
I personally went for Black Raspberry & Vanilla.

I have been really enjoying candles which have a vanilla part to them of late so I decided to try out the black raspberry & vanilla fragrance choice.
It offers a wonderful deep raspberry fragrance, accented by vanilla. These two fragrances work in harmony with each other, to bring a unique, yet familiar scent mix.
The throw from the candle fills the whole room. However, it isn’t overpowering, it instead offers a relaxing, enjoyable scent which most importantly can be enjoyed by all in the room.
I am at this time about halfway through the candle and would believe the given burn time of 40 hours to be correct.
For me, I would definitely buy these candles for instance; as gifts (or for myself) in future, if you would like to try one for yourself, the personalised worker bee candle comes in at: £24.

These look so nice and I love the personalisation , I love to light candles in the evening to create ambience and relaxation. I will definately get some of these for myself and for christmas gifts too.
It really adds a lovely warm glow – I have to admit I really like how the light glows through the engraving when it is burning.

That is a beautiful candle. I really like it. My oldest daughter has recently gotten in to candles. I’m sure she’d love this one.

I am a sucker for a good candle and I love how the Worker Bee candle is personalized. The bee is a cute additional as well. It reminds me of my daughter when she was a baby. We called her baby B or Bumble Bee. The name Bee stuck with her and we still call her that sometimes. 🙂

It is such a lovely present idea – especially as it can be so personalised in many instances.

It smells amazing honestly, I’ve been really loving things with vanilla in of late.

The personalisation aspect is wonderful. As individualised / personal to the recipient, with sentimental (kindred spirit :- Kindness, Best Wishes from a well wisher).
