Vatika Naturals Virgin Olive Collection: Review
I love trying new hair care products, while I don’t really use hair sprays or creams; I have found that finding a good shampoo and conditioner can really make a difference when it comes to my hair staying under control.
Lately, I’ve been trying out Vatika Naturals, in particular the Virgin Olive range which is aimed at nourishing the hair, helping lead to a healthier head of hair from root to tip.
The Vatika Naturals Virgin Oil range contains 3 products a shampoo, hair mask and hair oil.
Vatika Naturals Virgin Olive Nourishing Shampoo
The virgin oil shampoo contains a mix of Olives, Henna, Aloe Vera and Almond, to help nourish and look after your hair. It is aimed at being used on ‘normal hair’ and the suggested use; is to massage into the hair from root to tip for around 2 – 3 minutes.

Vatika Naturals Olive Enriched Hair Oil Nourish and Protect
Taking the goodness of Olive, Almond and Cactus this hair oil is made to nourish and protect your hair from the daily wear and tear it is subjected to. The oil can be used in a few different ways, you can apply it to your hair before you wash it, either at least 15 minutes prior or if you can, the night before, or you can use a little on the tips of hair after washing.
Personally, I have been applying the oil, the night prior to washing my hair and then using a shower cap to stop it from getting everywhere while asleep (a cheap shower cap you can rinse and reuse is just the ticket for this job). I was worried about the shampoo actually managing to completely wash out the oil the following day, but it worked a treat and seemed to really wash away any trace of the oil from my hair, without leaving it feeling like it had been stripped from all its natural oils.
I admittedly didn’t use the mask for the full 15 minutes, I found for me it was long enough to put it on before washing, shaving etc and then washing it off.
Once my hair was dry I found it had left my hair calmed, defrizzed and smooth, it actually feels and looks the best it has in a long time.
Personally, I am pleased with the results given and I am thinking of trying some of the others available from the brand and with prices starting at just £2.99 I think it will be worth it.

I would most definitely try this. I was looking around to see where I can find this product in the US and I see they have a Wild Cactus shampoo also. It is very reasonably priced and I love the packaging.

I have a friend that makes all natural beauty products. He got me turned onto olive oil for my hubby psoriasis and it’s really worked well.
