Summer Butterflies from M&Co
The past few days have made me feel like summer is really on its way and so I thought I would share with you my under £100 capsule wardrobe from M&Co, they have a wonderful holiday shop set up right now, which could just help you find the perfect suitcase staples where ever you are headed this summer – I know I managed to.
Plus Butterfly Print Maxi Dress – £42.00
This beautiful butterfly print dress is from the M&Co plus size range so is available in sizes 16 – 30, I love the colours of it and as I’m sure you have noticed from the name, butterflies are taking centre stage in making up my capsule wardrobe. I think it would just be the perfect dress for wandering down the beach in.
Statement Rope Necklace – £10.00
Every outfit needs a statement piece of jewellery to go with it, I feel in love with this beautiful plated rope necklace with gold detail – the perfect piece to go with a multitude of outfits.
Cut Out Sandals – £15.00
Summer always needs a perfect pair of sandals and this pair comes in either black or white, for me though white always looks grey very quickly, so it has to be black and the detailing on these is just lovely!
Butterfly Pattern Swimsuit – £26.00
When you’re off into the sun, with a beach and hopefully a pool nearby a complete must is a swimsuit and this one is just beautiful, following the butterfly theme this swimsuit also has a gold tone butterfly attached to the bust line. In fact this swimsuit is the focal point of the collection the piece that made me decide to design it around butterflies.
The total price of my capsule wardrobe comes to £93.00 – £7 under budget!
What would your perfect summer capsule wardrobe contain?
What jumps out at me straight away is the butterflies dress for so many reasons. One I love the colours, two I love the price, three I am a Butterfly at BritMums Live (it would be so appropriate) and four, I am plus size so it would be so perfect.

I love it when I find nice bits in M and Co… It’s literally the only chain highstreet clothes shop here on the Isle of Lewis so it’s very exciting to discover something pretty in there!

Everything here is really cute. And I want those shoes!! My daughter has cute beach sandals and summer shoes, but I just slip on my husband’s (that are way too big) if I want to run out. I really need to get my own pair. 😉

Love the butterfly maxi dress. The recent warm weather made me realise that I really don’t have many Summer clothes so I need to go shopping!
Gorgeous selection! We have an M&co in our tiny little town, and the window display looks wonderful but the prices – ouch! I drive to the next town and go to Primark, one of the few shops that fits my budget.
