  9. I’m all booked in for my flu jab and luckily my OH gets one through work so we’ve not had to stress sorting his out. I’m thankful lots of stuff has gone online during lockdown, especially my yoga lessons. People are back in the studio, but I’m not quite ready yet, luckily they’ve decided to continue online!!!

  11. Hang in there. Lock down is just really sucky. I think the whole world will breathe a sigh of relief when this is all over.

  12. Life feels like it’s getting tougher again. I’ve been thankful for a few days holiday away from my HCP day job, even though I’ve stayed home & focused on my blog, it’s given me a chance to rest and recharge myself again. I didn’t realise until this time off how drained I was actually feeling. We all just need to stay focused on the positive and hang in there x

  15. I get my flu shot next week. I’m not worried about it but it means I will need to make people contact, which has been hard for me. Travel restrictions are lifted at work, but now I have to make the decision for myself whether I go or not. I liked it better when they told me I couldn’t!

  17. I went to get my flu shot last week. I’m not taking any chances this year. I went to the local grocery store and was in and out within minutes without seeing anyone but the pharmacist.

    1. That is awesome it is good it is easy to get them in some places, apparently, we are facing shortages here this year.

  18. We are sort of open here, though not like before, there are still limitations in many places. I don’t know of anyone doing an especially great job of enforcing social distancing as I am not going out other than once a week for essentials. I still go out as little as possible, some people make too many bad choices for the safety of others.

    1. Definitely I think it is a shame so many people are putting others at risk. Surely even if you don’t believe or whatever you do it for others?

  19. I’m hanging in just fine over here. You see, I don’t leave the house much anyway and our kids are homeschooled so our life hasn’t changed much since the pandemic hit. Also hubby hasn’t stopped working since it hit either, so we unlike many others, haven’t been impacted as much by it. other than, I really don’t want to go out grocery shopping around people right now.

    1. That is awesome – I am glad you are managing OK – I think for some it has been not much different, I mean I’m mostly housebound anyway I just miss going to see family every now and then or having friends pop around.

  22. I have learned so much during lockdown. One take away is that it is amazing how so many industries that swore they couldn’t “do it online” did, in fact, have to take their businesses on line and THRIVED.

    1. It is amazing isn’t it and all those people who said no way can you work from home and now they have all their employees working from home and doing so well.

  23. We take our tech gadgets for granted but when they do not function everything shuts down around here. I am coping well thus far and now that school has started it feels like a regular Fall.

    1. It’s crazy how things go up the creek when things stop working, isn’t it? I really struggled with it shutting itself off.
