Personalised Cheeseboard Set: Review
I totally admit that I have a soft spot for cheese; in fact it is probably my “one food I could live on forever”. So when I was offered the chance to review something from My 1st Years for Valentines, it just had to be one of their beautiful cheeseboard’s.
My 1st Years offers a choice of two different cheeseboard’s, but this one really caught my eye. With its circular wooden design, it is made from natural wood and as such offers that unique and charming look, which only comes with the irregularities you associate with it.
This beautiful cheeseboard can be personalised with 2 names of up to 12 characters each, which are then incorporated into a heart, meaning the two people this wonderful present is for can really say this cheeseboard is for them.
But that isn’t all this cheeseboard has to offer.
Oh no, hidden inside the board is this beautiful set of 3 stainless, wooden handled, cheese knives and all you need to do to reach this compartment is gently push the two halves of the board away from each other.
Meaning once you have it – all you need to do is add cheese (so if you’re thinking about giving this as a gift, how about adding a delicious cheese platter as a side. So the recipient can get straight to admiring and enjoying.
Personally I think this is a wonderful gift idea be it for Valentines, as a wedding gift or just because for the couple who can’t get enough of cheese. After all it offers a quality, unique gift, which can make snacking on your favourite piece of cheese just a little bit more special.
The knives of this set are completely dishwasher safe, however it is best to hand-wash the board itself and of course storage isn’t a problem as it all closes up neatly ready to be stowed away until it is needed again.
