I've spoken a few times about my skin and how it has a huge dislike for winter, for instance, in my post earlier this week, in which I spoke about a product, which has, been saving my facial skin, when it comes to serums. Moving on from that I have a couple of other products, I have added into my routine which, I think have been a great help and today I am talking about another of them; KATHLEEN Caviar Enrich Eye Cream.
What makes KATHLEEN different?
KATHLEEN products are proud of the fact they are entirely made in Great Britain, using natural and organic ingredients, that are free from artificial chemicals; parabens. sulphates, alcohol, synthetic colours, DEA, MEA, TEA, PEG and they do not test on animals.
They mix the purest, natural organic ingredients, with extensive scientific knowledge, on what can and will help the skin.
What do they say about Caviar Enrich Eye Cream?
The Caviar Enrich Eye Cream is said to be a wrinkle and dark circle correction cream, which includes the benefits of moisturising, firming and lifting. Giving a luminous looking eye area, which is more even toned, with dark shadows faded, as well as making the area look smoother, more lifted and more ageless.
When it comes to skin types it works best for, this is usable by all, including those with sensitive skin, it is recommended for those 25 and over, with fragile and tired look eyes.
What did I think of KATHLEEN Caviar Enrich Eye Cream?
To start off with I think it is worth telling you about the area around my eyes, it is perhaps the most sensitive part of my skin and is the first place to protest if I am using something on my face it isn't suited to. There has, in fact, been one case where I woke up with cracked, very sore skin after just trying something a handful of times. So I do worry, when I go to try something new and always look for products, which openly state, can be used on sensitive skin. However, there was no need to worry with this.
The Caviar Enrich Eye Cream from KATHLEEN is a beautifully, silky smooth, cream, where a little goes a long way. It is suggested that you apply the cream by; dabbing a couple of spots under the eye, then smooth gently from the outer to inner corner.
I personally have been using it now for a couple of months, I originally started using it when I was really unwell and wanted to give it fair time on my “everyday” skin as well before writing the review.
Now, I'm not going to say that all my wrinkles and dark circles have completely gone away, after all, I'm extremely fatigued at the moment and I can't help but see that show. However, my eyes are definitely not as puffy, or hollowed by dark circles as they often are at this time of year. It also seems to have kept the dry patch of skin under my left eye that pops up across winter at bay.
Overall I have been really impressed with how well this cream has worked and it will definitely be making its way onto my repurchase list, once my original tub has run out.
Before I finish I just want to mention the packaging, my photos in no way do it justice. I blame the time of year and not being able to get good natural light. The theme that runs through it is a very simple silver mirrored colour and it definitely looks as premium in person as the product is itself.
If you fancy trying KATHLEEN Caviar Enrich Eye Cream, you can of course buy it from the KATHLEEN website where it costs £78 for 15ml and while you are there, why not take a nose, at their other products.
What do you think of the sound of KATHLEEN Caviar Enrich Eye Cream, would you like to try it?
