  2. You raise so many great points. Getting rest and taking care of yourself is very important, but knowing when to ask and having courage to do so is truly imperative to our mental wellbeing.

  3. Sleeping is one of my favorite hobby! Yeah it helps me to regain strength so I make sure i catch up sleep during weekends.

  4. I am one of those people who used to survive on 5 hours of sleep but as I am getting older and my body is slowing down, I have realized the importance of sleep.

  7. These are such great tips. I have been dealing with chronic depression on my own for years. I find it quite difficult to put myself in another frame of mind, but I am going to try working out more often and see if that helps at all’

  8. improving mental health especially from a very hard situation is a challenge but I guess having the best support could really be the best way to improve ones mentality.

  9. Sleep is such an underrated need for us as humans. The past 2 months I’ve been working out, taking cold showers, and eating better and it’s greatly improved both my sleep and overall mental wellness!

  11. Sleep is my worst enemy, no matter how tired or what routine I try the moment I lay down my mind wakes up and I know its so important for me personally as I cope so much better if I can get some decent amount of sleep

  13. MY MENTAL HEALTH depends on…. Exercise, salmon and SLEEP. Oh and laughing too. Self worth has something to do with it, and I definitely believe I am WORTH IT so… I know for a face I am not depressed and my mental health is… Healthy 🙂

  14. I always find using a creative outlet helps me feel more refreshed. I am so glad you’re bringing awareness to mental health.

  15. I do find that sleep is always good in helping me. Getting help can be hard for some as they dont think they need it.
