Home Bar Essentials
Have you ever wondered about making an area that you could turn to when you fancy sitting back, relaxing and unwinding, be it with friends or family? An area that would look pretty nice and hold all the essential drinks you need for a get together? And if you wanted to go extra, then beer could be an option but you would need to contact a co2 gas company for the perfect beer. Well here are some home bar essentials, which might just help you put together the perfect area.
Waterford Red Decanter
How stunning is this decanter? From the beautiful rose red colour, to the diamond detailing around the base, this decanter really is perhaps the most beautiful piece of glassware I have come across of late and is of course perfect for holding your favourite tipple and let you pour it in style.
Kilner 1.0 Litre Barrel Dispenser With Wooden Stand
This has to be the cutest little barrel dispenser there ever was. Holding just 1 litre of liquid and standing on a wooden base, it is certainly going to make a talking point of any table it sits upon. Plus you could even allow at least a couple of people to fill up from it, every now and again.
Ted Baker Stag Print Flask
There is always one person who asks for a cuppa (yes that person is me) so why not have it in hand by filling up a flask of hot water to allow quick top ups, as and when they are wanted, without having to keep boiling the kettle in another room. Or of course you could just fall for the stag print of this flask which is pretty nice as well I have to say.
Biba Ice Bucket And Tong Set
Ice or no ice? That is the question and with this ice bucket and tong set it doesn’t matter as both way you are covered and you aren’t going to get your hands all frozen or accidentally add too much ice as you can easily add one lump or more.
So there you have four items, I would consider if I was setting up a home bar, but what do you think of them? Would any be on your essentials list too?

I’ve been trying to find a good decanter because the tops don’t always work well on some. I’m going to check out the Waterford Red Decanter.

My husband would LOVE to have one of those. The Kilner 1.0 Litre Barrel Dispenser With Wooden Stand is something he would love and i am sure he could find something great to fill it up.

Some really nice looking items there, Sarah, I love the Kilner barrel. I have an upright barrel dispenser but this looks so much cooler! We have a mini drinks bar at home but it’s just full of drinks! Lol, I guess that’s the idea!

My boyfriend is the cocktail maker in our house – he makes a great Martini! He’d love that ice bucket, its the one thing we’re missing!

I don’t have a home bar at mine although I have enough alcohol to fill a bar. Interestingly I don’t drink very often I use most of it in food and desserts..
I am not much of a drinker but I do love what you put out. It would be great for when guests come over and would like a drink.

It is a beauty isn’t it they do it in black as well but the red is just WOW!
I set up my home bar cart last year and I love having that dedicated space to display my glassware and mix cocktails. The one thing I’m missing is a beautiful wine decanter, I love that red one you picked out!

If I had a home bar I’d love to have that ice bucket, I’d also want some cocktail glasses and a decanter to have all my favourite spirits on hand x
I think an ice bucket would be great for warm weather when they just melt in seconds, so easy to grab another.
These items are totally gorgeous! I do always drink cocktail with friends every weekend.

I think you picked out such beautiful items Sarah, I adore the ice bucket and tongs and the barrel dispenser is so cute! I could just use those two for my iced drinks year round, no need for alcohol! I love your idea of having the flask handy for those who want a cuppa, so smart x

I really like that flask! We don’t drink often so no bar in the house, but when I go out, I do enjoy a cocktail now and again.
The flask is fab, I could just imagine popping it in the car as well for long trips.
