Create a Rock Garden

I think there is something really fun and unique about a rock garden. There are all sorts of different plants you could include in one, from succulents to heather and thyme.
The rocks you use in this area don’t have to match and it can become a really simple and easy focal point for any outside area.
Garden Path

If your garden is large enough it might be fun to create a garden path leading through it. This could be done using larger stones or smaller pebbles to create a pathway.
The path could lead through a beautiful walkway of wildflowers or just lead you across the lawn. Or you could venture further into making it a focus point by adding garden arbours with beautiful flowers growing from them.
Lawn and Flower Bed Edging

If you are looking to make a smaller change in the garden, then how about looking to just edge an already existing area? From flower beds to the lawn and around trees, stones and pebbles can make for wonderful edging material.
One of the great things about adding stones and pebbles to your garden is you can really make it your own. After all, they come in a range of shapes, colours and sizes. Allowing you to really play around with the overall look and feel.
These are just three ideas of ways to add decorative stones and pebbles to your garden, but I hope they get you thinking of ways to make your garden your own.
