  1. I have just started today. I have had a shake for breakfast and lunch and a snack bar mid morning and just had one now. I have also been drinking loads of water too. I am thinking of having the soup for dinner. Will I go over the recommended calorie intake for this with having the snack bars as a snack? Just I do get hungry and I have gone from eating quite a bit during the day, crackers for snacks, etc I am a bit worried about my energy level dropping, as I am struggling with that at the mo anyway with depression etc

    1. Are you in their Facebook group? If you aren’t it’s worth giving that a join as they will be able to answer your questions directly as well as offer support.

Remember if it’s not the right time for you and you need to concentrate on your depression that’s OK to!

  2. EXTANTE DIET IS CHEAT

This is cheating company! they send me the delivery despite my request to cancel the orders within few minutes of placing the order, they have been promising me a refund for two months now, only to tell me that the delivery is complete. I never received it but they charged me £209.55. and the hell and humiliation they made me go through rude, inefficient customer service who give false and misleading information

  3. This looks super easy! I’d have to do some research on it – do you happen to know if it’s gluten-free? Or did I miss that part?

  4. I’d definitely consider it, in fact I’m off to have a look now! They sound lovely (especially the porridge ones) and the packaging is great! 🙂

  5. I dont’ think I could do this one. Just too low for me to function, and really 1100 is the minimum for healthy weight loss – I guess this would be a short term boost diet though?

I don’t mind shakes – although I hate the branded ones, I tend to use Tesco. Also, the ready made up ones aren’t great compared to the powder ones strangely. I suppose it’s the preservatives needed. I like the ease of anything that just means I eat those through the day, and then a normal meal in the evenint. Although I do find my best way to lose weight is to eat my main meal at lunch time with the shake/bar in the evening. Whenever I eat with my husband, I struggle to lose weight – not fair that he has an active job and can basically eat what he wants!

  6. I understand the thing about shakes. I have to drink shakes sometimes to help me maintain or gain weight & I’m not a big fan of drinking them. The only shakes I like are milkshakes lol, not the meal replacements. I think my mom & cousin would like something like this but they’d skip the shakes completely.

  7. I think that this is a good sounding option if you’r e able to follow through and not eat something after the shake 🙂

  8. I’m open to trying new health/diet stuff … I’m not a big shake person but if it works and tastes good… hey.

  9. I am a big fan of breakfast shakes because I never remember to actually eat. At least they give me some nutrition! The porridge sounds really good too!

  10. This looks like a great option for people who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle and to lose some weight.

  11. As far as breakfast shakes go, I make them all myself then just add some protein powder. I’m not sure I could stomach a shake called Shepards Pie, or any other hot meal shake. I’m more your banana, strawberry, almond milk kind of shake girl.

  12. I’m sure you’d lose weight on this diet as the calories seem very low. It’s a short term diet which is great if you are losing weight for something in particular, like a holiday.

  13. I also need to chew and crunch to feel full. Shakes just never make me feel full, even if they are packed with fruits and veggies. Must be a psychological thing. These do sound very tasty!

  14. I’m like you in that I need to chew something to feel full. I’m not a huge fan of diets like these, but I guess it doesn’t hurt to try right?

  15. I like to have a protein shake for breakfast too, but I like something to chow down on the middle of the day , like the bar also.

  16. I really like protein shakes for breakfast with lots of spinach, kale, and fruit. As for bars – I just can’t do those. Funny how different all of our taste buds are!

  17. I’m not sure if I would try this or not. Really depends on the price. I feel like I need to control my portions more than I need to spend money on diet food.

  18. If they’re anything like cream of wheat in consistency, I’d like them. I love that stuff! I’m with you in general though. I need to chew and crunch!

  19. I really like shakes and I have 2 or 3 protein shakes a day! But I use them as supplements and not meal replacements.

  20. What’s up, of course this article is genuinely nice and I have learned lot of things from it regarding blogging. thanks.

  21. I have a hard time with breakfast shakes sometimes because they don’t fill me up that well. I like bars for breakfast and these sound like something I would be interested in trying out!
