  1. The fact you could feel the tension you were holding in your legs and shoulders slowly disappear is amazing in itself and the fact no panic attacks for two days. Sounds like something amazing to try out.

  3. So many people suffer with mental health issues these days, and I think that anything which helps reduce anxiety is essential.
    Crystal healing sounds like a gentle way of calming and is worth exploring.

  4. I am very open to lots of different treatments and have used various alternative treatments before – with various outcomes!
    Though I’m not sure about Crystal healing, but if you feel like it worked for you, then that is what matters.
    I used kinesiology after medicine failed to help with crippling IBS and it was life changing for me.

  8. i’ve heard about this through my cousin who collect crystals for that reason. Although I have not personally used crystal healing, I do however, believe it is great to be open, seek help and try new ways of reducing stress. The process itself seems very calming, almost like meditation and if we are able to go back to that state of mind when we are stress, we can learn to deal with it better.

    I’m happy to hear success stories in people who have managed to reduce stress and anxiety. Thank you for sharing.
