Cotton & Grey Relaxation Candles Review
AD – I was sent a pack of Relaxation Candles from Cotton & Grey to help with this post.
Sometimes we all need a few minutes to relax and unwind. However, it can sometimes be hard to just stop and take time for yourself.
This is where Cotton & Grey have come up with a great idea, that can be used for your own benefit or given as a gift to others.
Who are Cotton & Grey?

Specialising in 20-minute candles, Cotton & Grey came about when they put together a small pack of beeswax candles for a friend who was struggling in lockdown. The friend loved them and the idea exploded from there.
In fact, just six months later they found themselves, finalists, in the Gifts of the Year awards.
Today they offer a number of collections, each including 20-minute candles, offering moments for any occasion. What’s more, they have recently released “a time for” range, which includes a 1-hour candle and pop up affirmation.
You can also sign up for a subscription so you never run out of candles or just buy refills as and when you need them.
Relaxation Candles

I was kindly sent a set of their Relaxation Candles.
Coming in at £14.95 (including free UK postage), the candle set includes; 10 beeswax 20-minute candles and a ceramic holder. You can also optionally add in a personalised card and additional candles for a further cost.
All of the candles sold by Cotton & Grey are made from 100% beeswax and are non-drip. When burning they offer up a light honey scent helping add to the relaxing atmosphere.
Personally, I really love the idea behind the candles. I think at times we all need to take a few minutes and put our feet up. The candles only burning for 20 minutes offers a good time frame for spending some ‘you’ time. It’s long enough to have a cuppa or read a chapter of a book, or even pop on a facemask.
The light fragrance of the candle helps create a unique ambience when added to the flicker of the flame (does anyone else find something calming about candle flames). I can definitely attest to them standing up to their claims of burning for around 20 minutes and can see myself buying them as a gift for friends and family in the future.
If you are looking for a gift to give, to yourself or others, I would definitely suggest checking out Cotton & Grey and their range of candle gift boxes.
What do you think of the sound of these 20-minute candles?
