  1. I would like the ‘time for’ candles. I like to take a book, a cup of coffee, a candle and one or two cats (very important) up to the polytunnel early in the morning, watch the sun come up, check out the plants and relax while it is quiet.

  2. The relaxation candles and I’d use the 20 mins extra resting in bed before my night shift

  3. I would choose the relaxation candles and I would wear a pair of moisturizing socks and listen to 20 minutes of classical music.

  4. I’d like the bed time candles and I’d spend the time slowing down my brain so I can (hopefully) have a refreshing slumber

  5. I love the bath time candle set. I enjoy a long hot soak with bubbles and candles, so relaxing, so these would be perfect!

  6. I really like this idea, 20 minutes is a good amount of time to make yourself stop and relax. I love the mummy time candles. I would relax in the bath with a book with my 20 minutes 🛁

  7. The relaxation candle set for me as none of the others would apply and I am always trying to find time to read.

  8. Time for you candles – I’d read for 20 minutes – never seem to have the time recently

  9. Sometimes in life we need to find permission to rest. We doubt our integrity when we do, scared of disappointing the people around us and ourselves. But these candles can provide that ‘permission’. It gives us a sense of control over the rest- “it’s only until the candle burns out”. By gifting someone this, you’re telling someone they deserve to rest without judgement. A beautiful idea.
