Batty about Boots
Honestly as the weather gets colder I cannot help but to think about buying some new warm winter boots for my feet. I think because it is quiet easy to find flat(ish) boots, I always get quite excited when this time of year comes around and here are a few pairs I have spotted while window shopping of late.
Pikolinos Zaragoza – £99.75
I’m not sure what is it about me and boots, but I seem to suddenly change from the black I normally go for when it comes to shoes, this is tan colour for boots. I particularly like with this with this pair the different textures they have used across them, from the softer looking part around the heal to the snack skin like look to the front.
Desigual Bolas Rojas Cris – £75.99
I always seem to pick a pair in these round ups that I wouldn’t pick myself but for one reason or another jump off the page, at me, while I have been browsing through websites. I think with this pair it was the wonderful contrast between the red, yellow and black that made them say hey look at me with these.
Casual Attitude Matiju – £59.49
I’ve always fancied a pair of red boots, but for some reason I never actually buy them (perhaps I’m not brave enough). So as a start I thought this more subtle share of red might be the way to go, again I also think I have a thing about textures as this pair features a softer top.
Clarks Lisette Blues – £77.00
I reviewed a pair much like these a few years ago and I came to love the fact you could wear them both up and down, giving two different looks with one pair of boots. However, after having worn my previous pair a lot, they could certainly do with being replaced.

I love how different the Desigual pair are – I always end up with loads of plain black boots, so the detail would be a welcome change!

I really like those Casual Attitude boots. The red shade is bold enough to make a statement but it’s still neutral enough to go with all kinds of outfits.
