100 Positive Affirmations to Boost Your Mood
When life feels like a bit much (or just a bit meh), sometimes all it takes is a kind word to yourself. Affirmations aren’t just fluffy feel-good phrases, they’re little mindset-shifters. They remind us of our strength, our worth, and that it’s okay to be a glorious work-in-progress.
Say them out loud. Whisper them into your tea. Stick them to your mirror. Repeat them while hiding from your responsibilities under a cosy blanket. Whatever works for you.
