Sticking with the glitter theme, this time it is all about the dress. Made from jersey fabric with glitter detailing, a scoop neck and puff sleeves, it can be teamed with so many items to make for the perfect festive look.

The first thing I noticed about this dress was the feel of it. The listing has it marked as made from a comfortable fabric, and while the inside is soft, I personally believe it is worth noting that the outside has a slightly scratchy feel to it. As such I believe this could cause sensory issues for some and so would be cautious when buying if this is an issue for you.

Personally, I love this deep plum colour, but if it isn’t for you it is also offered up in grey.

While this is a dress, on me it would fall at a length that I feel I would need to cover my legs. Luckily Yours Clothing does a huge range of trousers and tights which make this completely possible.

YOURS LONDON Curve Black Front Seam Stretch Leather Look Leggings

I’ve long wondered what leather look leggings felt like to wear, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. They are soft to the touch and offer a slight stretch and can be fully machine-washed. This particular pair has a seam to the front, however, there are choices without.

I thought these would work well with the smock dress and even work paired with the faux fur biker boots from my last post.

I have to admit when they arrived and I looked at them I wasn’t sure how I would feel wearing them. However, as long as you pair them with the right item of clothing I feel they work well.

I would personally team them with a longer-length t-shirt, or a shorter dress such as the smock dress. If you’re braver than me perhaps a simple top tucked in would also be a good option.
