  1. Not sure when -or why – this trend for retro sweets began but I thoroughly approve. As a child I remember really enjoying Lovehearts with their short and simple words like SMILE and KISS.

  2. My favourite product is the Drumstick Squashies Sour Cherry And Apple which are great for a treat while watching TV

  3. I love the Refreshers bar and it would be great for a school disco party for a belated birthday.

  4. Personalised Retro Red Sweet Hamper it would be for my son officially but this could easily get lost in transit !!

  5. My personal favourite is drumstick lollies but the sweetshop favourites would make everyone happy at our family get together

  7. 3kg Party Pack of Drumstick Lollies – so sweet, chewy, my favourite, extremely tasty, really juicy and a 3kg pack well thats a party everyday for DRUMSTICKS

  8. Sour Apple flavour Refresher chew bars. So hard to find that I’d hide them away for when I’m alone

  9. My favourite product would be Fizzers – and would I need an occasion to have them for ‘cos that means I’d probably have to share them…, lol

  10. Parma Violets are my absolute favourites. My Dad is the only other person I know who likes them, so we enjoy them together.

  11. I love refresher bars as they remind me of fun times at school and buying them from the tuck shop at lunchtime!

  13. Parma Violets and Fruity Pops are both my favourites – they really remind me of choosing penny sweets in the sweet shop as a child!

  15. We love the 750g Sweetshop Favourite Tub as there’s something there for everyone. Great at Christmas or family movie nights

  16. I love Rainbow Drops, it’s been years since I had any, so if I got hold of any, they’d probably get eaten as soon as I left the shop!

  17. My favourites are teeth and toothbrush Fun Gums. They are good for eating in front of the telly, although I don’t really need a special occasion 😀 Thanks for running the giveaway

  18. I love the fact that Drumsticks (and the rest) are now gelatin-free. An occasion to sample them? Whenever I can get my hands on them!

  20. So many great items, always a family favourite range. I love the Parma Violets but would love to be able to afford a variety hamper as a treat for my son’s upcoming birthday.
    Will bear the site in mind for when finances are hopefully better.

  21. I’d like the refreshers like we had at the school tuck shop to take a trip down memory lane when I meet up with my old school friends.

  23. My favourite (I think) is the double dip. I haven’t had one for years, so I’d love the opportunity to indulge!

  24. I like the Great British Puds Chew Bars, they would make great party favours for the Jubilee Celebrations this year!

  25. Love Hearts or original lemonade flavoured Refreshers , favs then, favs now. Would love them for our imminent schoolfriends reunion to reminisce over.

  26. I love Refreshers. Reminds me of my childhood. I would eat them as I walked my dogs. But I’d have to do it secretly as my dogs would want some and wouldn’t leave my side.

  27. Love Hearts are my favourite. I like them on any occasion but I also like to give some out to my family when the message fits them.

  29. Parma Violets just the name transports me back to the 1970. I would obviously want to share with my family but unfortunately I’m the only one who likes the flavour

  32. Drumstick Squashies are my favourite, I can eat them anytime. The original ones are the best, but I also love the rhubarb and custard ones.

  33. I have a really sweet tooth, love everything made of sugar, my favs are parma violets which used to be sold in my chemist when I was a kid so I thought they were medicine!

  34. I used to love Refreshers first time round – and Lovehearts with those daft messages on! Hope the taste is stil the same.
