Are you looking for a new sweet treat to try, do you love Minions? Then how about the latest addition to the Minions range from Swizzels in the form of a sherbet dip?
Swizzels.
Swizzels are one of the most lovely sweet brands in the UK, with a history dating back to 1928. While their roots might be small, today they are loved by people across the country, with sweets such as Love Hearts, Parma Violets, Drumsticks and so many more making up their range.
Since Minions: The Rise of Gru hit the cinema Swizzles have been producing a range of themed sweets. In this collection, you will find Minion-styled tropical chew bars and Squashes. The latest addition to the collection is a Sherbet Dip, which I was kindly sent to try.
Minions x Swizzels Sherbet Dip.
This latest release in the Minions range includes 3 new flavours that take your tastebuds through a trip of sour, sweet and fruity, alongside a Swizzlestick.
Offering a Vegan-friendly treat that is free from artificial colours. This new addition is bound to take you on a trip back to your childhood of those days in summer when you may have enjoyed a sherbet dip.
Coming in with an RRP of 50p a pack, they can be bought from many of your favourite sweet retailers, including Amazon.
My Thoughts on the Minions Sherbet Dip.
Personally, I really enjoyed these sweets, my favourite dip had to be Tangy Berry, followed closely by Fizzy Orange. However, I completely admit, I’ve never been a huge sour fan, which is probably why Sour Apple came in last.
I also think teaming up with minions is a fun crossover and allows all ages to enjoy and relate to the sweets. Be that via nostalgia or because they love the movie.
If you are a fan of sherbet dips I definitely suggest grabbing yourself a pack to try!

I am drawn to the Minions due to their cuteness and cheerful colour but had no idea there were Minion sherbet dips. They look delicious!
They are so nice definitely worth trying if you spot them in the shop!

I’m not a huge fan of Swizzels but I remember the sherbet dip that I used to have as a child, delicious, it would make your eyes screw up!

wow what a great idea having the choice of three flavours, takes me back to my youth, we had one look like a stick of dynamite with a black liquorice lace and another a square bag with a lolly and sherbet
I used to love the lolly one, I think it was strawberry with the sherbet!
I’m more of a chocolate fan but the minions are cute
Minions are adorable aren’t they, I’m such a big kid haha!
Oh my two kids will go wild for this. They LOVE the minions. In fact they have a minion school bag, pyjamas, plush, stationary and board games. I think the only thing they’re missing are minion sweets. Plus, I love sherbet
