  1. I feel a bit safer now I’m vaccinated but I’m still only going out when really necessary.

  2. Have booked my vaccination for 10th may I’ve put it off a bit as I’m still under the weather but I’m hoping I’ll be feeling a bit better by then

  3. Gratitude is important and so is thinking about the things in your life that we may take for granted. Although somewhat distracted by the cold weather, I am trying to spend time sending gratitude into the universe for such things. Lynn Grabhorn wrote about this decades ago.

I tend to do more when the sun is shining. Have arranged to meet soon a friend in a garden centre cafe for the first time in over a year.

  4. With everything going ok 👍 expect cases to rise here and there but let’s try to
Ok forward to a new beginning x 🥰

  5. It feels like we are making progress, just hope things keep heading in the right direction. Its been great meeting people and catching up face to face.

  6. Well I have had my second jab on Saturday & I feel a bit like Buzz Lightyear ” Infinety and Beyond ” but on saying that I as still aware this may never completely go away especially if some people do not want the jabs for whatever reason it’s their choice. But i am under no illusions that i still have to be wary. But my daughter was talking to a doctor friend of hers & he said just because you have had both your jabs don’t mean you won’t catch it or pass it on. But hopefully you will get it milder & not need to be hospitalised.

  7. I feel a little two ways , I’m happy with the lockdown loosening but also so nervous , I just want normality back now

  8. Like you I hope rates still stay low even though some places have been pretty busy, thankfully everywhere I’ve been has been much quieter so it’s felt less overwhelming x

    1. Definitely – hopefully people have been taking precautions for it all and everyone will be OK!

  9. I hope you get to see Ash’s family soon. Our local pub gardens have been so busy here too – I can’t wait to visit but don’t want to go when they are too busy.

    1. Thank you. I totally understand that, it seems to have got a bit quieter here but it could just be the times we are passing too.

  10. I can definitely relate to the uncertainty of not knowing what will come of the relaxation of restrictions. I am all for it and it’s nice to see people socialising in the sun again, but at the same time some places do get rather busy and with most of the younger population not yet vaccinated, it is worrying to think rates could rise again.

  11. It has been lovely with being able to get out and we have enjoyed a drink and meal out with friends which was lovely and nicer that we were lucky with the weather

  12. We are still on lockdown and it just makes me worry about the rising infection rate here. However, I am still very thankful that my family is safe and healthy. That alone is a huge blessing that I am very grateful for.

  13. It has been a strange week, one way I am feeling so happy with everything opening up while on the other hand I am worried about cases increasing. I do hope your test comes back negative and you know what is the cause of your symptoms

  14. I know exactly how you feel, I’ve been so excited for normality but now things are returning back to normality I’m still anxious about doing normal things!

    1. It’s so strange isn’t it – I think in many ways we have become more used to being more isolated.

  15. sunshine always makes us feel better! I have been sat in the garden and it feels so good to be outside with the sun on my face

    1. Aw that is amazing I am so glad you are finding yourself feeling better with the sun being out.

  16. Were all good i was offered the vaccine last week but was ill and haven’t had it yet its all worrying about the blood clot one not sure what one i am going to be offered

    1. Oh no I am so sorry you were ill and couldn’t have it! I had the AZ one, I also take the pill which has a higher risk so I couldn’t really say no.

  17. It has not been a bad week and the sun always cheers everyone up, but I will be watching the infection rate with a lot of people mixing and drinking.
