  1. How cool !!! I will definitely try one Savisto soon since i am a fan of popcorn haha 😀
Thank you for sharing this wonderful stuff 🙂

  2. Sincerely to say that popcorn is not good for the healthy. It contains much sweetness, butter, salt. But many people enjoy it while watching TV or for great night at movie theater.

    1. But it doesn’t, if you had read this post or even the comment above yours you will see this post is about a device which makes air popped popcorn, you can add butter / salt / icing sugar if you wish of course after it has been air popped – you can’t add anything into the machine as it would break it (also it is worth noting that some flavourings actually don’t add much to the popcorn it is possible these days to get flavoured and healthy popcorn), but popcorn on is own, which has been air popped is not unhealthly a cup contains 30 calories.

  3. This device is not useful for me cos I don’t like popcorn. Too much sweetness, butter, salt and of course not good to our health. For runner, we shouldn’t take much snacks and foods containing much salt and sugar. Not my fav device.

    1. Plain air popped popcorn which this makes, is actually very healthy (a cup contains around 30 calories) it is only when you add things to it, it becomes unhealthy.. So I am unsure what you mean by this, it is actually one of the best snacks you can choose as long as you don’t add a lot of things to it. Of course that doesn’t matter if you don’t like it, but please do your research before branding something unhealthy.

  4. Hey, look at this device. So convenient. Savisto Popcorn Maker is really useful for my kitchen. Though popcorn is not my favorite snack, my nieces and nephews must love it.

  16. We have a popcorn machine at home. It’s a theater style one. Kinda on the larger scale but this popcorn maker would be perfect and would save some space.

  17. This would be perfect for mine and Ellie’s movie days! I can’t believe the price either, I would have thought it was much more expensive.

  18. Where do you buy the popping corn from? I’ve checked my local supermarkets and none of them seem to do it. I can find some online but the cost plus the postage is too high to justify!

    1. I got mine from Tesco – it’s listed as popping corn but it often doesn’t come it to way down the list, the brand at Tesco’s is Whitworths Popping Corn (pop that in and nothing else will come up), it’s £1.90 for a bag 🙂 x

  19. This is awesome. I had a make similar to this growing up and nothing beats an actual popcorn maker! This one looks great!

  20. I seldom eat popcorn anymore, but I had something like this a few years back. It’s perfect for movie night, plus I love the retro look.

    1. It’s just so nice as well I always think I sometimes add a little salt but on the whole it’s fine how it comes. x

  23. I have one of these and LOVE it! I think what makes me enjoy it so much is how it is designed to be an old school popcorn machine!

  24. I want me one of these, like for real. I love popcorn and would happily eat popcorn instead of breakfast. Never used a popcorn maker before but will to try.

  28. My Daughter has been on and on at me for ages to buy a popcorn maker, along with other things and I have always thought they were a gadget you would use once find it a waste of time and put at the back of the cupboard to never use again. I think one may be making its way to our house now after reading this x

  29. I’ve never used a popcorn maker before because I thought they’d be really complicated to use. But this looks so simple – I may have to get one now as I love popcorn! x

    1. Honestly I did as well – but it is so simple! Just pop the kernels in turn it on and wait a few moments 🙂 x

  30. NIce review, i’ve been wanting one for years, I even have some popcorn seasoning that I bought from Amazon to use on my store bought popcorns.

    1. Ohh I’ll have to have a nose on there from some different seasonings, I normally just had it plain or salted but might be nice to have something as an alternative. x
