Monsoon Rose Gold Perfume Review
It had been forever since I talked fragrance and then here I am talking about two in the space of a week. This time it’s the Monsoon Rose Gold perfume review. Hands up I am a sucker for a pretty package and Monsoon Rose Gold eau de parfum fits that from the moment you look at it, with the white and rose gold outer packaging which holds inside it a lovely spherical shaped bottle, with chunky rectangular cap that just fits perfectly into the palm of your hand.
Now me and anything rose fragranced have a love hate relationship, it can smell amazing on someone else but put it on me and you wouldn’t to come anywhere near me. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule and Monsoon Rose Gold seems to be one of them.
Monsoon Rose Gold features top notes of sparkling lemon, soft fruit and ozonic scents, underpinned with base notes of wood, vanilla, mosses, musk and balsamic amber, while the heat is layered with velvety rose, tuberose, neroli and cyclamen. Now I can’t say I can pick every single scent out, but then I have never been good at guessing the scent either. However I do get an overall feeling of a fruity with an edge of citrus, rose scent, which leaves me wondering after falling in love with Aqua Citra if it is the lemon that makes this wearable for me.
Overall I was really impressed with this fragrance, I love the scent and the fact it was completely wearable for me. After the first burst of fragrance, it mellows down into a scent that is subtle and not over powering, meaning it is perfect for everyday wear. While when it comes to wear time, I was really surprised by the longevity of this perfume, it really saw me through the day – no matter what I got up to.
If you are a fan of floral, rose scents then I would definitely recommend giving Monsoon Rose Gold perfume a try, it of course available now, with prices starting at £24 for 30ml.

What a pretty bottle, and I really like the outer packaging too. I’m such a sucker for rose gold! A lot of perfumes can be really overpowering so the fact that this calms to a wearable everyday scent is such a bonus! x

I like fruity scents over floral scented perfumes, I’m not sure why. There are few perfumes that I like that have a floral scent. I’d love to give this a try, it sounds so nice the way you described it. I think it’s perfect for the season as well.

Love the bottle! Unfortunately, I can’t wear floral scents because they give me a headache :(. A shame too because roses are my favorite flower. Yes, I can have the flower, just can’t wear the scent lol. Thanks for sharing!

Rose Gold is a gorgeous name for a fragrance. It immediately attracted me (and I haven’t even smelt it yet). Will def. be giving this a go at Monsoon when I’m there next 🙂

I have never before tried a monsoon fragrance, but between them and accessorize they have definitely been upping their beauty game! I’m not hugely a fan of floral perfumes, but for everyday, or for work I don’t like to spend a fortune on fragrance so I may try and have a sniff of this one xx
