The grocery shopping idea is a great one. This is a super popular and all the hotels accept the deliveries and can have the stuff refrigerated and waiting for you. We did this and not only was it cost effective but it was so nice to be able to have a quick breakfast in the room with familiar foods and snacks through out the trip without spending a ton.

I love all of these tips! I live here in Orlando Florida, so I have to say, check the local Target or Walmart for Disney World / Florida souvenirs. You will save a ton!
Great tips! Disney trips can be soooo expensive for the average family and I feel that some parents have difficulty saying no to their children, or they want them to have the best time and feel they have to stay at the best resort, etc.

We typically stay moderate or value depending on the length of our trip. I love the meal plan for ease of use but yes you can eat cheaper than the plan if you don’t want to splurge lol
