Launched at the end of last year, Try Tuesday puts you together with a personal stylist to help pick out the next perfect outfit for you. Sign up is free (you only pay for any clothes or accessories you actually decide to buy) and only takes a few minutes to set up your account ready for your stylist to get working on some ideas for you.
Let Try Tuesday Get to Know You
Before you are paired with your personal stylist your going to need to answer some questions (to make sure you get the right person for you). They are pretty simple (depending on how decisive you are) and range from the type of wardrobe additions you wish to make (day-to-day or work) and how smart or casual you would like your outfit to be to name a few. This is then followed up by some more personal questions such as age, size and specific likes and dislikes.
At the end of this process, you will be introduced to your stylist who will then get working on the perfect collection for you, which should arrive in 3 – 5 days. Your first collection will include 3 outfit selections to suit your personal style
My collection has arrived what now?
So your first collection has arrived, now is the time to get excited and look through. You can offer feedback on each item, as to if you like it or loathe it (and why). For instance, I was given high heels in my first collection as was able to tell them I couldn’t wear them and I needed flats, which helped personalise my next collection even more.
Each item links through to the corresponding website on Marks and Spencer website, making it easy to purchase any items you like.
Try Tuesday doesn’t end after your first collection though, oh no! You will be sent collections every few months to look through (unless you ask them not to). You can also speed up the process and ask them to send more often, if you so wish.
What did I think of Try Tuesday?
I personally really like the service, I have found some pieces I have fallen in love with and some pieces I’ve not been so keen on. It is definitely something I will leave running to get more ideas from as the year progresses.

This is an interesting service. I’ve not heard of before. I do like M&S and might have to give it a go some time.
Most definitely give it a try – it’s not paid for and you do it all from home, so nothing to lose but a few minutes signing up!

i think I would love a service like this. I do not necessarily have a style of my own, and having someone help with this would be so useful for me. i will have to check them out.
It is really awesome and you don’t need to pay or have any obligation to ever visit the main M&S website, it’s all online so no sending things back if you don’t like it really is a simple to use system.
What a cool way to shop, sometimes getting help from an outsider encourages you to try styles you may not have otherwise considered.I really like this idea.
It really can just give you that push you need sometimes can’t it – I love that they come up with so many different ideas as well.

It sounds really helpful to effectively have your own personal styler for free. I’m just worried that I’d end up spending more money than I have!
There’s no obligation to buy anything, no hard sell, they just send you ideas and you can give feedback and that’s it. So if your worried about being made to buy anything that won’t happen, however tempting you to buy that I can’t say won’t happen.

I love mark and spencer but to a small girl like me, I think I have to do some overhaul to see if mark and spencer created clothes suited for beautiful but small ladies like me!

I’ve got a handful of clothes from Marks and Spencer that I do really like. It’s just a struggle sometimes to find a good fit for Asian size.

The red pieces at the top of the post here are amazing!! Is this available internationally. I used to like Marks and Spencer. We lost those actual bricks and mortar stores a few years ago though in Canada. I’d love to try this. Sounds awesome.

I have never tried any kind of the fashion services out there. This looks like a great concept for someone like me (fashion challenged) When my daughter was living at home I always had someone to ask about my fashion choices. Thanks for sharing the Try Tuesday service.

M&S are great aren’t they – they really offer some awesome pieces.
When I step out of my comfort zone, it tends to NOT go very well, ha! So I RARELY make that mistake. Once in a VERY BLUE moon does it actually work out… More often than not I am like THE FAKKK was I thinking!!
