  1. The sleep one is the one I struggle with most. Too many late nights and burning the candle at both ends is no good, but I keep doing it.

  2. As i age i keep myself more active and drinks lots of water. I am taking action to achieve my goal to still fit when i reach my prime age.

  3. The older I get, the more important I realize I need to have control over my life. Eating well, drinking my water and sleeping enough is a great start.

  5. I agree. A healthy diet is very important and establishing a routine will help to stick with it. I’ve been trying to stick with a healthy diet, but I slip every now and again. Nancy

  11. I really need to nail down a routine and sleep. Some of my health problems cause insomnia and others are triggered by exhaustion. So its kind of a never ending cycle that I need to break. Great post!

  13. You know, I used to drink wine every once in awhile. But since I’ve had kids, wine makes me feel so tired and I get a headache. I think it’s my body telling me to switch to water!

  14. Yes! Sleep is so important. We have bedtimes at my house. It’s important for the kids and my 11 year old daughter didn’t fully understand why she couldn’t stay up until 11:30-12 on a school night like a lot of her friends. After I explained it she understood but yes, I agree sleep is so important.
