  1. Thanks for sharing. I love this app, I already have it so sadly I can’t join via your referral but it is a great app, I need to remember to do it more and buy a rough amount before entering the store, as some people do it at the checkout, but often stores signal can be a pain!
I love that you can often get cash back for places you wouldn’t usually, so Aldi and Amazon are my favourites for that! But Aldi often disappear and come back on, so check regularly and grab them while you can, especially if it is bumped up.

It is also worth noting that now they do a live draw most weekdays at 13:00, you just have to be in the live stream to win. They play games and other things but you don’t have to join in. I won a £10 gift card on my first live draw. It is a half an hour live draw and many winners win gift cards and bonuses during the draw and it is absolutely free. I believe it is up to £100 gift card you can get! They will email you the next day if you win a gift card of your choice to let you choose. So don’t worry if you miss your name being announced!

    1. Ohh I am going to have to check that out with the draws, love a good competition and it is so kind of them espechially to be offering up to that amount, that’s going to make a real difference to people as things are right now!

  2. I’d never heard of JamDoughnut and I have been resisting using my phone to buy things, preferring my old laptop, instead. It’s probably time to dive in and this App seems like an excellent place to start.

  3. Well researched and articulated piece. Nowadays people tend to be more frugal and this app will serve the purpose of savings or getting more for one’s hard earned money.

I will recommend this app to all my family members and mates living in the UK.

  4. Well, this is useful, isn’t it? Hadn’t heardof Jam Doughnut before but then I’m not very app savvy! I shall have to set time aside one afternoon and load the (voted for) ten best apps…. which I’m bound not to have!

  5. I hadn’t heard of this particular cashback site before. Not sure that I am particularly keen on the gift card idea though.

  6. We have Jam doughnut but I must admit I think I downloaded it from a referral and haven’t used it yet

    1. Worth checking if you have it or not – I’m thinking it will come in handy around Christmas when I’m shopping all over the place.

  7. I would definitely go for this if my husband’s company didn’t offer something similar as one his job perks. Except his cashback is higher. But to be honest I could be making much more use of it but like you said, you have to get use to doing it and I need to start budgeting better to know how much I need to buy every month

    1. It’s getting in the habit that is so hard at first isn’t it – I’m so bad at habit-building daily things. I will make it in the end I’m sure.
