Lily Charmed – Turtle Charm and Bangle Update
Back in December, I was kindly treated to a new charm bangle and a couple of charms from the lovely people at Lily Charmed, since then I have updated you on its progress. Most recently I was sent a new charm from one of their latest charm realise, which includes some lovely pieces such as a sausage dog and compass jewellery range, but I personally fell in love with this little beauty.
Turtle Charm from Lily Charmed.
As with all of Lily Charmed’s items, this turtle is 925 sterling silver and of course unique to their range. One of the great things about the charms from this fantastic company is they can be used alone on a necklace, or perhaps with an initial, or of course added to one of their charm bracelets or bangles, allowing you to come up with your own unique piece of jewellery.
One thing that shines through with all the charms from Lily Charmed, is the attention to detail, as you can see with the turtle, its shell, flippers and face are all detailed, offering more than your average charm.
As well as the turtle charm, I was also kindly sent some spacer beads to try and space out the charms on my bangle. I must admit I wasn’t sure how these would work, but inside the charm is a rubber cap which means unlike the charms that can move freely, these stop where you place them. Offering a wonderful way to keep your charms spaced out and easier to see.
So how’s my bangle now looking?
Well, I think it looks pretty good, I’ve had another couple of spacers arrive today so I can pop those between the two outer charms to make sure they are kept separated and then it is just wondering about what I might add to it next.

The charms do look beautiful. My daughter would love something like this. I have collected a few charms for her in the past but I really need to get her something to put the charms on. And I never knew about spacers til now. I will have to see if i can find some.

Oh I love this! Charms make amazing gifts, always much nicer to build the bracelet or necklace you want rather than a pre-made one. Makes it much more personal.

I love that adorable turtle charm! It reminds me of the turtles that nest on the beach below my condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. When the little ones hatch it’s so much fun to watch them make their way from the sand to the ocean surf.

I used to go crazy about bracelets like these, I mean when I was in school. It’s beautiful but since I got married and have my hands in soap and water most of the time, I stopped wearing them.

This is a really cute new charm! The spacer should be helpful and it’s nice that they fit in with the look of the bangle.

I loved this when you first got it but like it even more now. The spacers make such a difference and you can really see each charm. The elephant charm is still my favourite one.

Are these charms kind of like Pandora where you need to purchase their string? I used to love charms when I was little and seeing this turtle reminds me of when I visited the turtle farm in Grand Cayman.
No you wouldn’t need to purchase a bracelet from them, this one is from them but they are like the old charms where you could just go out and buy from where ever and have them attached 🙂
Beautiful. I use to wear charm bracelet all the time. I still have one from the 1960’s my mom gave to me. Always a classic accessory.

I have always liked charm bracelets. I think they show your personality really well in a fun way that looks beautiful. And that turtle one I would really like to get to represent a vacation we went on the this year.

That’s a lovely charm. The whole bracelet is nice, I like that there’s spacers to make each charm easier to admire on its own instead of being too crowded together.
